Very old park, manager is really welcoming. Gravel drive and grass to park rigs on. Bad mole problem, so ground has pot holes not good for handicap; no level yards to enjoy. Restrooms very old but clean and nice; you have to pay to shower. Office has laundry room and lounge area. Inside gets really warm with no air and no fans while doing laundry. Located across from Walmart Supercenter, which is nice if they kept their shelves stocked. Not many 50 amp spots here; had to squeeze into a 30 amp. The only spots that have room are overnighters, unless you've been here for years, otherwise forget putting your awnings out if you stay a month or two. This would be nice if they enlarged sites and graveled parking for rigs and vehicles.
The managers of the park are not people friendly or whoever works in the office they do not welcome you if you stay month to month don't go into the office with complaints they will swear at you and be hateful to you they are charging out rages prices on electric to a lot of the permanent people there due to meters being out dated and not working properly. The bathrooms were always dirty and the grounds keeper does not do his job. Overnights are okay just don't stay very long you will be disappointed.
Very friendly park love staying here for extended periods, lots of shade. Older park but kept up very well. If you have any problems at your site the management will fix it right away. Month to month is only $340.00 very reasonable. This is our second time staying here during the winter months and feel very welcome.
We have stayed here during the winter and now Through the summer. Very nice park well kept not for kids though nothing here for them no playground nothing, pets welcome though. Very strict on cleaning up after your pets specific spots for the pets to use. Perm spots stay mostly full. Summer always full, winter spaces available. Very clean facilities, pot lucks social gatherings lots of fun. Park used to be kept up but now they no longer have a good grounds keeper so it's not as clean as it used to be, trees and bushes need trimming, grass doesn't get cut as often as it should they just need to bring back their old grounds keeper he was here for years really kept the park looking nice. We will come back but not stay long.
Very convenient easy on and off freeway, close to restaurants and shopping never seems to fill up, spaces always available we stayed for 2 months. Grass needs watering, lots of weeds, windy everyday. Managers very nice and accommodating. Could never get into restrooms to check them out, door were always locked, used laundry facilities clean and in good working order pool looked inviting but it was winter so it wasn't open yet.
It was our first time staying here the road down to the RV Park had sharp turns, heavily wooded watch for deer running across the road. The manager was very nice and accommodating it was beautiful there lots of mosquitoes though so take your spray. Full-timers live there in run down mobile homes you can tell it has new owners the place is being cleaned up it's good for over night unless you like to Golf beautiful golf course right next to it across the street. Nobody in town knows anything about this park we asked for reviews if it was good to stay at but nobody could tell us anything so we had to check it out for ourselves.
We have stayed there off and on in 2008 and 2009 for two months at a time. Most of the people are friendly you will have your bad ones of course. The manager is very nice but there have been complaints on her. We really enjoyed staying there very kid friendly, pool and play ground. Laundry facilities are reasonable and good condition. Bathrooms are clean close to every shopping area you would need and entertainment is within driving distance. Beaches, mountains all within 2 hours driving.
