This is the best option in Washington DC but it is a little far from the attractions. The highway noise was bearable when I had a fifth wheel as my neighbor but not when he left. There is a Peruvian restaurant in the area that sells grilled chicken. It is delicious and cheap.
The location is incredible. Rving in a parking lot is not a problem if you stay outside visiting NY. But, the sites dont have sewer so the most of the people have to use the public bathrooms. Mens bathroom only has 2 toilets that are in bad shape and are for home use rather than for comercial use. It is cleaned once a day, so you have to check when it is cleaned so you can use it. Few hours laters it is a nightmare. This RV park is full all the time, so I doubt the owner will improve the bathrooms. If I return to New york I will look for an affordable hotel and stay half of the time.
