We camped here in 2002 with Coast to Coast and had a good experience. Not this time. It was my fault for not checking the current facilities available with a Coast to Coast site. Apparently, C2C didn't do such a great job of negotiating and C2C members can only get water/electric. We were counting on a full hookup given that we had been boondocking the past several days and planned to be here for a week. They had ONE site for us for the week and, as are many others, it is very unlevel. I have both front wheels off the ground, which I hate doing. When I asked if we could upgrade to a full hookup site for a few days until the weekend and then move back to a water/electric site I was told the full hookups are for members only. Even if they sit empty. The only thing going for us with this stay is the price. So we suck it in and deal with a less than enjoyable stay. I doubt we will return here again.

We stayed here for the month of November with three of the weeks being at the Passport America rate. It's a nice enough campground with concrete pads. However, they do have some serious drainage problems with some of the sites when it rains hard. The WiFi was very iffy, but it was free.

We have been stopping here on the way south and north for over a year. It's great for an overnight or short stay. They seem to have fixed the Wi-Fi and we had a very good signal the last couple of times we stayed here. And it's free. The cable TV is great and even has HD stations up at the higher channels. Because of that we stayed New Years Day to watch the bowl games. The owners are very nice. We asked to be parked out back in the open so we could use our dish and they have been very accommodating. We used the Passport America rate.

We have been to this park for short stays or three month winter stays every year since 2000. It used to be a great park. Now it's just an okay park since it has been sold to ELS. The staff is wonderful, but they have no choice but to implement some very dumb rules created by corporate. The worst of the rules is that you can not get a month long stay in this park unless you come in on the first of the month. We have never experienced such a thing in eight years of fulltiming. If you arrive after the first, you can only get a daily or weekly rate. If you wish to stay for the six month winter specials they want to do a background check which means giving up your social security number and other private information. This rule has generated a lot of dissension among the winter regulars. The pool used to be open for evening swimming until ELS took over. They say the pool is closed because of an ordinance, but it seems the reason is because the lighting is insufficient and they won't put in strong lights. For these reasons, we have changed our opinion of this RV park from a 10 to a 5.

This is a great park. We are fulltimers and have spent at least two weeks each year there. We spent three months there in 2005. However, a recent query to reserve a site for a week in December 2005 indicated that their rates have gone out of site. A pullthru site is now $252 for one week. A standard gravel site is now $240 for one week. Although we love this park, that is way too much for a campsite for one week. Sadly, we will not camp there again.
