The rate is based on the monthly rate. Nice quiet park except on some weekends when there are loud bands playing in one of the fairground buildings next to the park. The back-in sites back up to either an open field growing grass seed, and looking out over a very green and scenic hilly area or a park like area used by the tent campers with lots of large oak trees. This is not a 'resort' park but there always seems to be something interesting going on next door at the fairgrounds. There is easy access to hiking and biking trails. We have stayed here several times for a month or more each time and will stay here again.
Nice quiet park. Very friendly and helpful staff. Site was level and there were sewer hookups mid site and at the rear, unfortunately they were higher than my sewer outlet on the camper so were virtually unusable. I would stay here again if I could find a site where I could hook up the sewer.
Very friendly staff here. Located far enough from the freeway to be quiet. A train runs occasionally, but is far away enough that it did not bother us. There is some street noise early but is quiet later in the evening. This campground is best described as rustic. It in no way qualifies as an 'RV Resort'. The pull-through sites are long enough for big rigs and spaced with lots of room between them. There is a filling station just across the street that is easy to get into and out. We did not use the restrooms or other facilities so cannot comment on their condition. We enjoyed our quiet stay and would stay here again.
