This was our second year for the Halloween time frame. We always have a great time and the cg really does a lot for the kids around this time of year. A lot of the sites are very tight, especially the full hookup woodland area. Meadow view is a little better for full hookup's however you back up to the train. It's kind of a tossup. The Hilltop you have more room but no sewer. All in all it's a nice CG and we'll be back again next year.

Pretty nice park. We stayed in the tulip loop which has full hookups. Large open sites most with easy access. A couple like #83 look to be a bit tight to get into but for the most part even bigger rigs can get in. Camping section is def a hike to get to anything to include the camp store and fishing piers. Fishing area's were a mess with trash everywhere but I put that more on ignorant people than the park. If you're crabbing don't risk with undersized crabs DNR checked our baskets twice in a couple hour span. Also the camp store is OUT of measuring devices and said they had been since the beginning of the season! Surprising given how strict DNR is you would think they would make sure to keep stuff like that in stock to sell.

A very nice campground. We stayed in the Club Castaways section that you need a keycard to get into. It has large level sites that are paved and a great view of the bay. Seems a bit on the pricey side though at $83 a night: but we will definitely be back.

Very nice park; great for the quiet weekend getaway that we used it for. Most sites are pretty spacious, and there was everything from pop-ups to large motorhomes. Some sites for big rig's to avoid 5, 7, 17, and 21. We stayed in the NorthEast loop (full hookups). Bathrooms were clean and the staff very friendly. Only downfall is that you cannot bring your dog into the day use area at all, which we knew ahead of time. And getting to the "beach" area where they are allowed can be a bit tricky; finding it was difficult as it was in another camping loop and the trail to it was not marked.

Nice park, clean, easy access on and off 95. Shuttle to and from the park was quick and efficient. Bath house was clean and seemed to be well maintained. The roads are a bit confusing and tight for larger rig's but pretty level. Pulling into the sites are a bit tight in the pull thru's due to some ill placed poles marking the site but if you plan it out right you're fine. Staff was very friendly. Overall quiet wooded park, no golf carts whizzing around. You can hear kings dominion but it isn't bad and we only heard the train while outside the camper. We'll definitely be back.

Sites are a bit tight and the cable sites are a bit unlevel. Overall nice CG, clean with a very friendly staff. Looks like it has been updated recently.

Staff was very friendly, clean campground, tons of stuff to do with the kids. Flies and gnats were a bit out of control, LOL but guess that can't be helped, bring your flyswatter hours of fun!!!
