This place calls itself an RV Resort. . . not in the last 20 years by the looks of it. OK for an overnight stop with working water/sewer/electric but things are pretty run down. Saw nobody from office from 5:30pm when we arrived to 9:30am when we left. Self check in with a very confusing map of available sites. Map showed only two empty spaces yet out the window I could see eight or so on the upper level that you arrive on. Left the registration slip along with CC data in an envelope in a lock box and grabbed a site. Steep price for an overnight but not to far from -I59.

Older park but great for an overnight stay. Close to I-75 but far enough so that traffic noise is not a problem. Older couple running the park are very pleasant and accommodating. Easy to miss because it's behind a Krystal burger joint and a racetrack gas station. Keep your eyes pealed on the right .4 miles from exit. I would stop again. They are open year round.

This is about as good as they get. Clean, friendly, the owners put a lot of work in making this a top notch park. Good WI-FI dry split campfire wood available for $4.00 per fire, help yourself from the woodpile. Level sites, bird feeders spread around. Great for an overnight and if you could find something to do even more! We usually stay in Provincial Parks but had to do laundry so needed 30A and sewer. I'm glad we picked this place.

Only had one night off and wanted to get away. Called at the last minute and they had one site left if I wanted it. Was very pleased with the spot "DC" on the map and at the very end of a road near the pavilion. We had a 50A service water and sewer a good level spot, fire ring and picnic table. The only downside was due to trees we could not get a satellite signal and the over the air reception was only three stations two of which were PBS. Mostly seasonal sites I'd say 70% or more but all nicely kept. I will be back since it is a good one night stand near home and did I mention checkout time is 5 PM.

We were a walk-in and had no trouble getting a spot. I saw maybe 15 empty sites. I agree with all the other posts: this is a very nice, quiet park away from it all. If in the area I will stop again.

This is an old family run campground since 1958. It is located just off Rt 124 in Brewster. The campsites a large, level wooded sites that have nice separation and growth between them. Each has a table and fire ring and in the "C" area where I stayed we had Electric, Water, Cable TV and a dry well for gray water. It was opening weekend so we had the place to ourselves. Good location mid Cape.

Stay here quite often and have taken advantage of the State Boat Ramp on site. Use is included in your camping fee and there is an excellent ramp/float setup that makes launching and retrieving even the biggest boat an easy task. Parking at the ramp is tight but we have always taken the trailer back to the campsite. Dogs are allowed on a leash on the riverside beach but not the ocean. The seals early in the season are fun to watch.

Quiet campground with friendly staff. They seemed to still be shaking off winter with a kind of half open feel to the campground (including the "Heated Pool"). I would go back again if in the area.
