This is a seasonal park with a few transient sites and tent sites. Camp store is t-shirts only. Bathrooms are old but cleaned often. Play ground is old and in need of repair. A low cost campground to use a base while vacationing in Southern Maine. Staff was present at all times and seasonals were polite.. Our site was large and other transient sites were very big compared to coastal camps.

Park has large sites, pool, lake, play ground and Wi-Fi for only $35 (US). Restrooms are clean, but the stalls are not much bigger than the camper's. Showers had plenty of hot water and the 25 cent timer was more than enough time. Pool is four foot deep at both ends and area is spotless. Lake beach is good size and clean. Plenty of room for picnics. Half hour ride to route 1, the beaches and tourist area.

Park was planned around big rigs. All sites will fit the biggest of rigs. Roads are wide with plenty of shoulder space. Staff will guide you to your site and help you back in if you have any problems. The entire park is spotless. Owners are on site all day and always available for questions or concerns. We did see some well behaved pets and a couple of short stay tenters. All sites are 20/30/50 amp service, sewer, cable, and phone hookups. Gated security. Well thought out and planned activities on some weekends. Shuffle board, horse shoes and a small arcade for the teens. Wide roads and enforced speed limit make this park safe for little ones to ride their bikes all day. Minutes away from some great state parks on the beach in Mass. and New Hampshire. One of the best parks we have been to.

Hanging branches and trees very close to roadway negate big rigs unless you are very very good. One tiny ladies room, one tiny men's room and one uni-sex. Two shower stalls. No dump station. Better than 80% seasonal. Several rental sites were very tiny and packed between seasonals. For the price it is a decent camp as a stop over or limited base for exploring the Adirondacks. The camp was very quiet during our stay and the grounds were well kept.

Very quiet camp with few activities. Rec. hall is still being built. Dirt roads are in good shape with no hanging branches. Entire camp is spotless and members of the staff can be found all day. Sites are good size with plenty of space between rigs. If you are looking for resort type campground this is not for you. Close to beaches and tourist areas without all the noise.
