The entrance roads are bumpy. The camp host and fairgrounds staff are very nice and helpful. Even got my license plate light fixed by the camp host's buddy. Only other noise is from activities going on in the nearby buildings.
I stayed here for 6 months so the nightly rate doesn't count, but the $30/night is, and has been the rate during the entire time (for what it's worth). The facilities are nice and are kept up, it is not fancy or anything. The management is excellent, they will work with you. I would go back, cheapest in town!
