We completed our first week of a one or two month stay. 50 amp power is excellent. The free Wi-Fi works great most of the time, and at times when there is a disruption, it is for a brief period of time. AT&T signal is 3-4 bars, and data/voice connection is excellent. This park is typical in a desert setting. The roads and sites are well packed gravel, which results in very little dust, even when cars are passing, which is surprising. The managers are outstanding and accommodating. They do an excellent job in maintaining this park. There are a variety of RVs, but none in bad condition, and sites are well maintained. This is just a nice park with great 360 degree views of the mountains. The rate is based on a summer special monthly rate of $150. This will definitely be our go to park when in this part of Arizona. If we didn't like to travel, we would stay the winter. The location has everything we need and more. It is relaxing and peaceful. This park can accommodate any size RV.

We almost didn't stay here due to some ratings. However, we wanted to be close to visit family at Fort Lewis and took a chance. This is a great park for being close to the base. They don't have 50 amp, but temperatures allowed us to manage our electric use on the available 30 amp supply. We are self-contained, we do not use restrooms at any park, as we prefer our own facilities. That said, this park does not have restroom facilities or laundry available. We have our own washer/dryer, and it is close enough to town to locate laundry facilities, if needed. There are sites that are level and some that slope slightly. There is one site that is partly shaded. The rate provided is a 15% discounted rate for Escapees Members, which makes this one of the best values including tax, anywhere in this area. The Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. WiFi did not reach our site, but we provide our own internet access. We are extending our stay, and will return when visiting family in the future. A very clean and quiet park.

We spent a week and 2 days at Sturgis RV Park. They have 3 levels of parking. We used Passport America for the additional 2 days. We stayed on the highest level which provided great views of the town and the fireworks display over the 4th. Sturgis is centrally located and the longest drives were to Wall Drug, Badlands NP, and Devil's Tower. Great location for visiting the sites. They recently planted trees in the lower level which enhances the park considerably. Staff are friendly and professional. Well maintained park, and easily accessible for large rigs. Roads and sites are well maintained. A good value when exploring Southwest South Dakota. We are returning in August for a one month stay.

The Blue Ox RV Park is available without charge for customers having work completed. Full hookups with 50 amp electric. If a customer is not having work completed, the cost is $15 nightly. The electric, water, and sewer connections are excellent. Sites are level gravel and some concrete slabs. No low hanging branches. There aren't any community facilities available. Wi-Fi is not accessible at the far end of the park. Nicely manicured, well spaced sites. Sites are both pull-in and back-in. The staff are excellent.

Tuttle Creek COE has 4 RV sites available without reservations. When we arrived Wednesday afternoon, all 4 sites were available. Sites 12 and 22 are level enough to set the motor-home jacks without the wheels being off the ground. The 50 amp service is excellent. The water pressure is excellent. No low hanging branches, and paved roads. All sites available for reservation, were already reserved for the weekend. Arrive early in the week if without reservations. AT&T worked adequately for voice calls with one bar. However, A Wilson Amplifier was needed amplify the signal for using the hotspot internet connection with an HTC One, which works great. The views from all sites of the lake are very nice. Deer in the afternoon, so watch driving. They are somewhat tame, and may not move out of the road when approached. The nightly rate is with the Access Pass. This is a great park, within 5 miles of Manhattan, and Super Walmart.

We stayed here in 2006 and 2007. The park has been upgraded with 50 amp service, along with upgrades to the clubhouse. Rating this park is difficult due to previous experiences. They do not have the activities or socializing as in the past. They still have the local music group regularly. There appears to be a few local permanent residents with worn trailers, large ripped awnings and a covered refrigerator outside, etc. We were entertained by our favorite rap music one day for about an hour and a half, bumph, bumph, bumph. Occasionally you hear workers leaving in the morning. Overall, it was mostly quiet during our stay. Sites are relatively level, and no low hanging branches. Lots were sufficient for slides and had room for the picnic table, chairs, grill, etc. The host sure was friendly upon arrival and represented Escapees well. As of Memorial Day weekend the pool wasn't opened, not sure they are going to use it anymore. With the increases in rates, the costs are becoming comparable with other RV Parks. At our next Escapees Park location, we will most likely stay at a nicer competitive park with the difference in cost of $15 on the monthly rate. Not sure we will return to this park. Maybe it's time to explore other options. The rate approximately reflects a monthly rate with 50 amp service. This is still a fine park to stay at, just different this time.

We called the day before to check availability and decided on a one month stay based totally on prior rvparkreviews. They reserved a site without a credit card number for the next day. We have not been disappointed. The folks that manage this park know how to do it right. Friendly, professional, accommodating, and helpful. Although we have an excellent 5 bar AT&T signal for both voice and data. We have used the park Wi-Fi for 2 laptops, 2 smartphones, a tablet, and Kindle. Wi-Fi is very reliable and fast enough for audio and video streaming. This park has mostly gravel and some grass. It's West Texas, so expect some dust. If I did not get my dust, I would ask for a partial refund. Right on the Llano River with a view of the River from most sites. It is very quiet. It's a 50 mile Interstate drive to Kerrville, which in Texas is just up the road. Propane is available. No low hanging branches. This park is well maintained with excellent 50 amp service. High water pressure, so use a regulator. They also delivered the mail to our site.

We have been staying at the City Park off and on since 2006. Anytime we come to Victoria, we stay here. It is a nice quiet area, considering Vine Street runs by the park. Occasional Trains are heard from a few blocks away. The sites are level, no overhanging tree limbs. The electric is good. Pull through sites with adequate distance and several half moon pull through sites. The only thing we don't do is leave items outside because this is an open park and no visible security other than other RV'rs. We will return when in the area. No restroom or shower facilities. Stay is limited to 30 days.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by the park manager in a friendly and professional manner, even receiving the traditional SKP Hug. Extended our stay twice due to having work done on the RV. Staff were professional and courteous. The last time we stayed here was 2006. This time we stayed in the oaks section. Sites are well spaced, easy in and out, and level. Although we did not attend any functions, neighbors were considerate and friendly. We will return when in the area. One neighbor took my trash to the dumpster with his. Thank you for the nice gesture, and I will pass it on.

The rate is based on a 2 week stay. I used RV Park Reviews to locate this park. I spent a lot of time researching RV parks in the Clifton Park area. Arrowhead reviews were right on the mark. We reserved a site with 50 amp full hookups for the 2 weeks while visiting family. These folks know how to run and RV park. They are courteous, considerate and interested in visitors and customer service. This is the park we have been looking for and will return every time we return to visit family. Sites are level, easy in and out. The road is paved and gravel. The river view is great. They do not gouge you when you have family visit. Visitor rate is very reasonable. We had 2 cookouts with family during our stay. We will return again and again. Great park for folks like us, which is mostly seniors. Great Job, keep up the good work.

An Escapee SKP Coop Park. We stayed for one week, using their 50% off first time visitors rate, which is a great value. We were planning on staying to determine whether we would like to get on the waiting list for a site. It's a nice clean park. Folks are as friendly as most RV Parks with seniors. We would stay here again. The location is close to all needed facilities and shopping.

It's a nice clean park with a lot to offer. Roads are showing some long term wear, and need to be repaired. We were unable to get a 50 amp site, but the 30 amp site had clean electric. In Loop B, we were able to get a solid Wi-Fi signal, which worked flawlessly during our stay. We would stay here again.

We have enjoyed Medina Lake. It's a nice and friendly TT park, with plenty of deer. Although Medina Lake is dry, the park is enjoyable. A little maintenance would enhance the park. Roads and access to camp sites is easy and they are generally in good shape. 50 amp electric is good and constant. The Wi-Fi in the clubhouse is usually slow, but workable. We would stay here again.

The nightly rate is based upon a one month stay including electric costs which are paid separately. This is a great RV Park in a Great Small City of approximately 20k. There are more quality restaurants in Kerrville than any other town of this size we have visited. The quality of the staff hired is outstanding. They are accommodating and friendly. When we leave here, this is the type of park we want to go to. We fulltime, and we will return here again and again.

We stayed here about 6 years ago, and recently returned for about 3 weeks. The owners and camp hosts are just outstanding folks, friendly, helpful and courteous. Our son returned from overseas and he and his wife visited with us at the RV park on 3 occasions during the three weeks we were there, the owners refused to take the additional person(s) fee. It just was a nice touch to a nice stay at their park. They delivered a newspaper to our site almost daily when extra copies were received from the carrier. Lazy Acres is camping in the true sense of the word. You can have campfires. It is not a manicured resort, but it is clean, maintained and you feel part of the park. Sites are wide enough for slides, and you feel like you have room to roam. There is a pond for catch and release. It does get dusty due to sandy roads, but it does not detract from a down home feeling. We will stay there again when returning to the area. Bob, Debbie and Eddie are great folks, with positive attitudes, interested in accommodating their customers.

This is a great park to stop and smell the roses (cactus). The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and you never feel watched and are available 24 hours a day. The owners deliver mail directly to your site. We came to stay for a week to rest up from traveling, and decided to have our week converted to a monthly stay. while here we were able to make online purchases for delivery and our mail sent. While here, we made side trips to Hondo, San Antonio, Kerrville, Medina and Boerne. The sites are large enough not to have to unhook the tow dolly and still plenty of room to park the car. There are enough things to see and do in the area that you can stay as busy as you want or not at all. This park is also a horse motel and while here there were horses boarded and they enjoyed a daily carrot and we enjoyed them. A real diamond in the rough, located in historic Texas. We will definitely stay here again when in the area in the future. A side trip to Mamacita's restaurant in Kerrville is a must.

This is a bare bones RV park right in the middle of town. It is a nice and clean park for exploring the area for a couple of days. The folks managing the park are nice and friendly as well as others in the park at the time. We would stop here again for a day or two if in the area.

A very nice park with friendly staff. Paved roads into and throughout the park. Nice level grass sites with concrete pads. Clean, well maintained, and accommodating staff. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Go Gators!

This was a great park to visit, especially if kids are included. They had a lot of events for kids and equipment for checkout for all types of sports. The park is clean, and taken care of. the folks are friendly, and helpful. They surprised me. We got back to the park late one evening and our son decided to stay over instead of driving home. He got up early the next morning and drove back to the city. I went to let the office know he stayed over and to pay for his night with us. I was told, most folks wouldn't have bothered, and not to worry about it as he arrived late and left early. The overnight charge for an adult guest is $15. For that alone they should get a 10, and would if there was 50 amp. 30 amps were sufficient, A/C was not needed. The only issue we had and it is not the campground, but turning on Nightingale watch out for the low hanging tree branch. It is not low enough to damage any roof equipment, but it did hit our Radio and CB Antenna. This was an easy drive to NYC and Bayonne, about an hour and ten minutes. We will definitely stay here in the future when visiting family.

Easy access, long private paved road to campground. However, if two Motorhomes met coming and going and both were towing toads, one of them would have to unhook to back up and pull off the road so the other could get by. They have 5 new pull-through sites with 50 amp service which could accommodate Big Rigs. However, a couple of the sites would be difficult to level a rig. Clean well kept park. Next visit to the D.C. area, will look for a closer park to for sightseeing. The value for the $ just is not here. The original posting on this park describes it. This park served its purpose while we visited with family who lived on the west side of D.C.

This is a very nice rural park within 13 miles of adequate shopping and 25 miles to Cooperstown.. The interior roads are gravel and well maintained. The sites are grass and mostly level. The park was kept immaculate and the owners were visible throughout our stay but we did not feel watched. I was able to use my cingular service for both telephone and online access with the laptop. We will stay here again.

This is an excellent park with a lot of friendly folks. This was the first escapees park we visited. We planned to say a week and will end up staying for 3 weeks. The electric issue seems to still be an issue on "some" sites. Mostly the pull-through sites. We were in a back-in site with 50 amps and never had a power issue. It appears the back-in sites are on a separate power line and meter, which may explain why we did not experience any problems. Other folks we talked to indicated that the pull-through site they were in they had to put some appliances on propane, due to experiencing low voltage. We definitely will return to this park in the future, but will use the back-in sites.

We are halfway through our monthly stay and have enjoyed the park and facilities with grandchildren and their parents during this time. The pool is clean and well kept, as is the entire park. The sites are adequate. Staff are friendly and the park is well patrolled, but you do not feel as though you are being watched. This is a great park for relaxing. It is close to some good restaurants, shopping and a large outlet mall. The park is close to I-95, but the noise from traffic was not distracting. We will stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for a week, and enjoyed the park. There was a fishing tournament group at the park during the same period, and they kept unplugging the Wi-FI repeater to charge trolling batteries. However, worked with management to find why the repeater was not working, moved their extension plug to the otherside of the pavillion, problem solved. The pool was clean, but needs some refurbishing, painted, concrete repaired. Most of the staff are friendly, and we are planning another week's stay in July.

Pulled into the park, went to the office to inquire about a pull through site. We were told they didn't know if any were available, we would have to go back and see. They also stated they didn't know if they had any sites with full hookups. We are easy going, and not hard to please. We will never need to stop and check this park out again. We tried to camp here in a Motorhome. First impressions of this park was very poor, and have crossed it out of our directory.

We stayed here for a week in the newer open section which was level and roomy. The pool was clean. Most of the staff were friendly. We liked the location away from the tourist congestion. The Wi-FI is spendy, but it is an additional take it or leave it option. I need it, and it worked well during the entire week we were there.
