This place is fantastic. We got a deluxe patio - and it was great. Real patio furniture, concrete patio, sensational views. Crushed gravel - manicured and extremely well done. Views were fantastic - access for a big rig was fine. Front office OK. There was a HUGE amount of room between campsites - even for the non patio sites. I would revisit the area again just to stay here. Outside of a few of the resort Class A campgrounds - this is my favorite place. We stayed four days - wish it could have ben more, About 156 miles to the National Park - couple of nice restaurants in Luray - Walmart land other places within 10 minutes.

Location/Location/Location. If you have a space with the ocean view this place is worth the price. We were steps form the water and the views of the mountains was fantastic. There was an onsite guy preparing lobster dinners and roving "pie Lady" nightly. Roads and sites are grass/gravel. If you are close to the water there is no sewer - you have to sign up for the honey pot at an additional $17 charge and they are not set up to drain typical Class A sewers. So we had to wait to dump on the way out. Keep in mind. for the price they should be able to accommodate all sized. We had to back out as the interior roads were VERY tight with a 45 foot rig. But overall the views win out. Very friendly front office - well stocked and the area is fantastic.

If you have children - this place is a 10. Unreal facilities, snack bar, movie theatre, pools, basketball, tennis etc all on site and in excellent condition. Very well organized. In some areas there is a lot of room between sites. In others it appears to be very close and I have never seen so many towels on clothes lines overnight. Interior roads are asphalt/excellent, sites are crushed gravel. As a site to explore the area (without children) a very nice park but very overpriced.

The Canadian version of a State Park campground. Large area that also includes a marina, local restaurant (not bad but overpriced). Not much else in the immediate vicinity. Very nice area but surprisingly close to the interstate and fairly noisy at night. Pads were crushed granite and absolutely huge - probably 50 feet between sites. Good utilities. There is no campground host, you come thru the same entry point for the marina or day use of the park. Surprisingly expensive but very close to freeway - GPS coming into the park is off by one street. Good for a day or two. Forget going to Niagara Falls and head to Lake Niagara City. It is about 30 minutes and sensational - you can do the Falls later if you need to see it.

For an overnight stop not bad. Close proximity to I-30. A little traffic noise but not bad. Looks like it was once more of a destination place but facilities are a bit run down, pool was empty. Registration was interesting but overall the park was a decent value and I would stay here again while in transit. Had a 45 foot RV with a trailer and the roads were no problem either entering or exiting.

Check in people were very nice. Convenient to the interstate for entry and leaving. It was raining very hard so we did not get to see any of the facilities. This place is VERY VERY tight for a large rig with a car or trailer. Coming to registration you have to swing very wide in order to make it between two buildings and a 180- degree turn back to the spaces. We had a 18 foot trailer on the back of a 45 foot RV and the turn was so sharp the front axle of the trailer lifted off the ground. The drainage is poor - there was a big storm but the exit road had 4 inches of water at the turn around point and the roads are all gravel. PLEASE take the boulders away from the turns. Not bad for an overnight but I canceled my return stay due to the tightness of the entry road.

Hard to add much to the excellent reviews. This is a fantastic facility but the owners make it outstanding. The social activities are very special: we felt that the owners and all the other guests were friends. The creek that runs through the property is picture perfect. The landscaping and hardscapes are terrific. I loved it. The dog pen area is as nice as the rest of the resort. This is truly a Class A RESORT in all aspects. We will be back: hopefully this year.

A nicely run and managed KOA. Well laid out - trees were nice and were not unkept as others mentioned - we picked up strong direct tv signal with no problem. Very good cable. All gravel but well kept, wide roadways and uniformly level. Two very nice dog runs - one grass the other gravel. We don't have children but they had an outdoor movie for kids that looked fun and was very well attended. Permanent campers not obvious and the place generally had a good vibe and I am not a real KOA fan. Could have more information on local parks, attractions etc but that is a nit.

I booked this park baed on the other reviews on this site and its proximity to Jackson Hole and the Teton's. It is a disappointment. The reception area is very poor. You enter a very small room with a sliding glass window where the person takes your credit card. Feels like a 60's doctor office. The area for information is very limited. There is virtually no store of any kind. The sites are grass and gravel - decent but not well kept. The dog area is unfenced. Sites are close. I had to move my rig twice to allow others to exit and enter. Satellite is nonexistent, no cable and there is one channel that comes on via antenna. Cell phone works fine. It is about 25 miles from Jackson Wyoming - if there was another park in the area I would move in a heartbeat. It is a decent park but I would not recommend to a friend looking to stay in the area if they had other options.

Tough to rate. The views are fantastic. Flathead Lake and the mountains. Excellent dog park, first class work out room. They meet you at the entrance and escort you to your site. Many of the sites are owner owned and these are very nice. The class A park shares the reception building and pool with an adjacent KOA campground. Not an issue but a bit of a surprise. Most of the sites are classified as lake view - but there is a very different view from those "up the hill". Many of the sites are gravel - nice gravel but the concrete sites are primarily owner sites. We initially had a site we were not please with so they moved us with no issue. What was a surprise was the airport that is immediately adjacent - the runway is about 100 yards from your windshield. When the first private jet landed it was very noisy - the upside is there is not a lot of airport traffic. Sites on the lower end of the facility have a view of the airport hangers so try to get as far up the hill as you can. For a "10" rating for a class A resort I expected more social events and interaction. This was very limited. Certainly not what we have experienced in other Class A only resorts. If you are going there for access to Glacier Park - it is 90 miles to the gate - then however far you are traveling for the day. If I were going just for Glacier NP - I would pick a campground much closer. The travel makes for a very long day. Overall very nice - but for the price I expected more and my rating reflects.

Easy highway access - close to Zion and a 90 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. Big Rigs - beware if you are coming from the EAST - you need to verify you can get through the Zion Tunnel. This is urgent - or you ay have to turn around. There is a southern route that takes more time but avoids the tunnel. First campground with actual recycling - kudo's. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Can walk to the river - deep enough for a dunk or walk through the water - very nice. Nice facility overall. Has planted trees on all sites and very roomy. However, the trees completely blocked our satellite. We had to use cable as a backup. Trees had to be pruned to enable me to get our of our space, but they handles quickly and professionally. Biggest negative is the lack of cell signal. It is virtually nonexistent. There is one amplifier in the registration office. It is tethered to the wall so only one person can use it at a time. For a campground of this size this is not an acceptable alternative. We had to walk around the campground trying to find a spot with a phone signal. Roadways are very narrow. Exit with a 45 footer when the park is full was VERY tight. I had to back up and try to get a wider swing to make the turn. Nice pool. Well stocked provision area. There is a sensational dog kennel/daily sitting business about 5 miles away and right on the way to Zion. Rate was $20 day and our very picky dog just loved the place. They are exceptionally nice. Called the Doggie Dude Ranch in Rockville - call ahead as they book full regularly. Would have been a 9-10 if they had some type of acceptable phone service which they can fix. The entry/exit for a long rig is pretty much luck of the draw on your space and who is next to you.

I want to love this park. Great access of the interstate - close to Santa Fe and the most helpful desk person/owner I have met. Great views, fantastic dog park. They have done several upgrades including sculpture since my last visit. The spaces are TIGHT for a 45 footer. Why do people continue to line corners with boulders? Took a gouge out of my rig and the trees scratched the paint. Several permanent campers in very old rigs behind us - not in synch with the overall ambiance of the park.

Had not stayed here for two years. Still very convenient to Interstate. Still a great facility - large pull through's with concrete pads, and I will stay here enroute regardless of my review just for convenience if nothing else. Check in people were very confused and could not figure how to use the credit card machine. Not rude - but not helpful either. They used to have a pizza and wings delivery service to your rig. Still have the food but they no longer deliver, and when we got the pizza it was like ice cold cardboard. Terrible. Also they have a LOT more permanent campers than my last visit including a guy with a permanent OUTSIDE dog cage and a full weight set on his space. No longer has a good feel. 10 for convenience - 5 for the rest.

Have stayed here several tines before. Very convenient to Interstate 10 and the town of Fredericksburg. A bit of a haul to San Antonio. Very nice check in - fantastic facility and everything is just done so well. Easy pull-thru sites with toad. Exceptionally clean and well organized. Friendly atmosphere even though we stayed for just an overnight. Will stay here at every opportunity.

I really want to like this park. At some time the park and its neighboring resort at Lajitas had a LOT of money invested in facilities. They are first class, but the service and maintenance levels at both just don't match. They try - just fall a bit short. That said, the park was nearly empty, and we were told to take any site you want. Certainly more than enough room for any pull through size with toad. Pool was nice but had a VERY loud group. About a 30 minute drive to Big Bend National Park and 15 minutes to the state park. Beautiful scenery - situated in the mountains. Sunrise/sunset spectacular. Really the nicest park within at least 100 miles.

Have stayed here before. Easy access from Interstate 10. Very nice and helpful check in - nothing especially fancy but a nice campground. Great pull through sites for a 45 foot with toad. Nice view of the river and just all around well managed. Nice recent additions were gazebo's and concrete patio pads. Will stay here again.

We stayed here during the Formula 1 Race in Austin. Rate was high but hotel rooms were 3-5x rack room rate during the race. Campground was fully booked - I waited 9 months to get a cancellation. They had three people in golf carts meeting you at the entrance - immediately took you to our space - let you check in later. Process was exceptionally well managed. Pull thru with my 45 footer and Honda was roomy and adequate. Yes - a bit older resort and roads in the back section were a bit trashed but office staff were exceptionally helpful. Immediately off Interstate 35 - but noise was not that bad and very convenient. Will stay here again.

This was a stopover on Interstate 65. 45 miles south of Montgomery. About 2 miles from the Interstate. We had a 45 foot RV with a 20 foot trailer and they had a spot that worked perfectly. Owner stayed late to make sure we got to our spot and led us by golf cart. A large number of permanent residents but a very nice park overall. Beautiful lake - natural and the spaces are well separated. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient stop along Interstate 10/65. Owner stayed late to insure we got our space - very nice and helpful. A large number of permanent campers but still nice overall. We had a 45 foot RV with a 20 foot trailer and they had one space saved for us. Tight but we made it. Lots of trees - nice but limited Direct TV. Would use this again as a stopover.

Very close to the Interstate. Excellent pull through sites for big rigs. Five miles from Mammoth Caves. Helpful managers and generally well kept. Trains start up around 6 and are certainly loud enough to wake you up. Some traffic from the interstate but not bad. Excellent area for dogs: nice big pet run. In the middle of a few farm fields and a local business to the rear. Not bad just nothing spectacular. Would be great for stop over or a visit to the caves. Otherwise not that much here.

Wow. Where do you start. We loved this place. The facilities are outstanding. Free breakfast every day, events most evenings. Absolutely drop dead beautiful grounds. Perfect site arrangement. Very pet friendly and the most friendly group of RV'ers I have ever met. The local management team is exceptional. Access to just about every local restaurant, biking paths etc. We will come back again next summer for a month. The area itself is fantastic and this park is as nice as it gets.

Nice Park: very close to Interstate. Was just a stop over and was perfect for that. Close enough to Champaign to have good local restaurants and services. Owner was very gracious and helpful. Lake view was ok. The large pull through sites made easy entrance and exit: great for big rigs. Would stop over here again.

Huge Park with excellent pull through sites for big rigs. Great views of the Mississippi. Very large grassy area great for dogs. Had a river slot and enjoyed watching the barge traffic go buy while sipping a beverage. Very good access from the Interstate. Entry road is a bit rough but passable. Not as close to Beale Street in Memphis as they say: probably 20 minutes across the Bridge. Not much attractive in the immediate neighborhood. Had the worst Mexican food in recent history in a restaurant near the entrance. The rest is fast food. Stayed 2 days to see Memphis area and that was enough. Very nice for a stop over but not much on facilities at the RV park.

This was a one night stop over - convenient off I-10. Nice office staff - helpful. Large pull through - mostly concrete pad was a plus. There were RV's for sale (apparently for a very long time and vacant) in my area and a tremendous amount of large/industrial trash piled about. Many permanent looking RV's - not well kept at all. Woodall's has this with a crazy rating. Close to restaurants if you want a stop over, but I would never stay in this park again.

First - I love Tybee Island. A real throw back beach community. Reminds me of the nice part of Florida Keys. Laid back and fun. The park is run by the city - a real variety of campers. We had a '45 foot rig with a toad - no problem getting into our pull-through site. Pads were crushed rock and very stable. Great access to the beach and local attractions. Not a luxury type park - but an honest - well run and fun place.

Beautiful members type park. Fantastic facility - front office people very helpful. Great location on Bay - marina and water views. Nice - but small work out room - beautiful pool. Saturday night party was a big surprise. There are a number of cabana's under construction and there was a continuous stream of workers and trucks. Severals owners had multiple vehicles and golf carts on their lot - combined with the construction was congested.
