Very disappointed in this park. No paved sites, park on the grass, and if it rains you may not get out. Many ant hills and ended up with some inside. Dirt (no gravel) interior roads. Chickens and geese running free. Had chicken poop on our truck where they got up on it. Owner let his 4 large dogs run free all over the park. Lots of older permanent trailers in the park, that the owner apparently rented out. The pictures are very misleading.
Wow, what a great campground tucked out in the country. We were looking at a place to overnight, and found this place. Wi-Fi works great. Sites are nice and level. The only reason, I didn't rate it a perfect 10 was because there is no cable, and the access roads are a little tight with a big rig. All things considered, would highly recommend this place as a spot to spend a few days.
This could be a nice park, but there are a lot of units that have been here for awhile and have a lot of accumulated "stuff" around them, giving it a run down look. Sites are not paved and are extremely tight. No cable. Lots and lots of sand to contend with. We found out the hard way some of the long term residents don't adhere to the leash law on pets.
Really nice park. Brick pavers for pads. Good surface roads. Well kept. We've stayed there twice. Only negative is the Wi-Fi is hit or miss and the cable is limited. Would still recommend as it is close to everything, but away from the traffic.
This could be a nice park if they ever decide who they want to cater to. There were a lot of old run down units in the park that had been there awhile, some of which didn't look as if they were being used. Along the back side were mobile homes that had aged as well. Park roads and pads need some work. The Staff was friendly and great. Large neon signs across the road flashed all night.
