This is a GREAT park ran by AMAZING people! We had a slight problem with our electrical cord upon our arrival, but the host didn't hesitate to help out and resolve our issue. The park is very beautiful with lots of tall shade trees. The sites are fairly level and there is plenty of grass in the common areas of the park for dogs to enjoy. Be sure to use your water pressure reducer as the water pressure in the park is very strong. The parts and accessories store inside the office has some unique, hard to find items as well as great gifts and souvenirs. Rest rooms and showers are VERY clean and well maintained. This park is close enough to the freeway but far enough away that you don't hear any noise. If you are passing through Effingham, IL on I-70 and need a place to stop, I highly recommend Camp Lakewood Campground & RV Park!

This park is easy to access from I-40 and has very wide, long pull-through spaces. The only down side of the park is that it's a gravel and dirt surface and is very dirty. The only other complaint I had about our site was that the sewer intake was about a foot off of the ground, making it difficult to dump our tanks. The park is right next to a Camping World store and only minutes from food and shopping in western Albuquerque. The price was very affordable and they did not charge for extra adults. They also offered a 20% Good Sam discount (most parks only offer 10%). I'd stay here again based on price, accessibility and ease of maneuverability.

The pull through sites were VERY close together but very long. We did not have to disconnect our Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in order to park. However, for $43 a night, I expected more space between the sites. This is definitely NOT a destination park. The Cherokee Restaurant up the hill offers KOA Kampers a 10% discount on meals, so take your KOA receipt with you to the restaurant.

We were on a journey between Arizona and Ohio and needed a place to overnight between Oklahoma City and Tulsa. After a simple Google search, we located Oak Glen RV & Mobile Home Park in Chandler, OK. It's easy to access off of the Turner Turnpike and had spacious and fairly level pull through sites. I called around 6pm when we were an hour away and host answered. He was more than accommodating and met us at the office when we arrived. The park was VERY easy to maneuver with a 40' motor home with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in tow. We didn't have to disconnect to park or leave. This park provided exactly what we needed when we needed it and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay there again if Chandler was a good stopping point on our journey.
