We camp here at least once a year, more if we can. It is always clean, quiet and very picturesque. Two hiking trails out of the campground, fishing in 2 nearby lakes and town 4 miles away. Small sites, older facility but great if you have a small rig or travel trailer.

We arrived and thought it was closed, all sites were empty. They told us that we could take any site we wanted, the first had no water at all. There was weeds all over and broken hook ups, a shower/bath house that is open 24/7 right off highway 9 with cars pulling in to use. There is some tent camping east of the RV section. In 3 days we only saw 3 other RV's use the park, if you want to be right on the roadway with no neighbors and security than this is the place! Check in is across the street and closest services/supplies about 11 miles east. The campground is 1/2 mile from the east gate of Zion National Park.

Excellent park, although very busy, full most times must reserve early.

The campground was excellent, great store and bathrooms in every loop area. The only drawback was the pay showers have no heads on them in either men or women side. Water comes out a open pipe and is very forceful. Sites are uneven and require front and side leveling.

There is no shade and I paid extra for a deluxe site which was supposed to be in the trees; it only put me closer to the bathrooms. The 2 showers were unisex and had a sink and toilet. There was one extra toilet with only a sink. We had to constantly wait, there was no hot water and the restrooms were never cleaned Saturday or Sunday. The sites were all uneven going downhill from side to side. Dog waste everywhere as not one owner picked up, nor were there any signs.

The cable in our site did not work, but overall a good place. Sedona is still hot in summer months, half the park was rented C-class rigs and a lot of foreigners which really overworked the 2 bathrooms/showers available. The stream is partially fenced now due to a land dispute but the water is cold and clear.

We stayed for 6 nights and found it very easy to get on/off I-5 which took us everywhere. This is a combo marina and RV park and has a public park and fishing pier behind it. Some traffic, children were always present since we had a bay view overlooking public areas. Staff was very helpful, and there are several permanent tents set up for groups to use in each parking aisle. Mostly type A and few trailers in park.

Price of $42 per night, was high compared to nearby parks. Laundry room smell is overwhelming as soon as door is opened to use the bathrooms. Biggest issue here were the mosquitoes swarming everywhere. Could not go outside unless the wind was blowing. Staff had no answer for why the bugs were so bad. Once out of the campground there were no bugs!

Park is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Only 2 negatives, one the restrooms/showers were very hot no A/C and fans run on low from light switch. Two the traffic on the highway is close by and noticeable all the time. It was very hot (90's) when we were there and the park was very empty, the management sponsored a picnic on the 4th but the people were mostly full timers and mostly unfriendly. It is a great place to tour the area but nobody is ever outside in the park, very strange.

Very clean, well run park. Only problem is only 2 showers and toilets in bathrooms and with park full there were some wait times. Access to stream but not for fishing as it is heavily used by bathers. Small park with many trees and our site had strong morning sun; stay in upper areas for best shade.

We stayed here twice during March. The first time we used the temp site on the hill overlooking the lake and had water and electric only. It was very crowded with many snowbirds and big rigs but the only problem was there is no shade and hard to move around the sites with the cars and rigs. The second time we stayed in the resort area with full hookups and had no complaints. It has very clean showers but was closed in the mornings for cleaning which made it hard to use unless a very early riser.

This campground has very clean restrooms and showers, and very shady areas and mix of size spaces. We were backed up to the rocks and loved how well the park is maintained and managed. Many trash containers around and a good mix of temp and permanent residents. It's a short distance from the hiking trails which we used. It is a quiet area with a minimum of road noise, and is well laid out for average to small RV's.

The portable potties were overflowing, the only shower is at the restaurant, with one shower and toilet for the whole campground and day visitors. The site is very good as far as a lake view and location near the water. It was very roomy but the staff was overwhelmed by the dog complaints and noise everywhere. Poorly run, managed and staffed facility with the worst bathroom, shower, and portable toilet set up.
