Park address is: 1900 S 2800 W, Vernal, UT 84078. Very basic park. Nothing wrong with it, just do not expect to be pampered here. I only saw a high school girl cleaning the bathrooms, no other staff was present. Cash only. Several of the RV sites had issues with either no electrical or no water or sewer issues. We were able to get in one of the eight or so 50 amp sites. There may have been eight total RVs in the park that were not residents. The bathrooms were nice, $0.25 shower for 3 minutes. On the plus side, if you do not want to dry camp in the National Park, this RV park is about 10 minutes away. I would stay here for an overnight again if I needed / wanted electrical service. Verizon cell phone worked fine, but no Wi-Fi in the park.
Very basic park. Kids were sad that there was no pool, but they enjoyed themselves doing laundry (OK, maybe not). We stayed for one night. If we were looking to stay longer, I would likely look to stay somewhere with a few more amenities. Verizon Cell phones worked fine in the park.
We arrived late, 20 minutes before they closed. It was dark and arriving to our campsite in the park was a little scary. An escort would have been greatly appreciated. We stayed just as Sturgis was starting. Fellow campers were respectful with no late evening or early morning runs of motorcycles. Verizon cell phones worked well in the park. The park was very clean, but I do think it was a little overpriced (likely because of Sturgis). Their breakfast is an excellent value.
Well, once you get past it being a KOA, it was nice. The RV Park was clean, but Wi-Fi was horrible. Kids enjoyed the pool and spa, which both appeared clean. Rabbits around everywhere and are mostly friendly. Staff was very friendly. Very good price on propane here, cheaper than in town. Verizon cell phones worked well in the campground. I don't know if I would stay here again, namely because of the $67 price. I think there are plenty of other campgrounds of same quality at half the cost or cheaper.
In the past 5 years of owning an RV, this is by far the best RV park I have ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly. Kids were sad there was no pool, but they did enjoy the game room. I cannot overstate how clean this RV park is. If there were any con, it is that although WiiFi does exist in the park, it was horrible. My understanding is they are using a shared T1 line. It was difficult to send emails. Forget surfing the web. We were able to send some pictures from the McDonald's, which is about a 10 minute walk. Many restaurants were within walking distance. Also in walking distance, a grocery store and car rental. I would stay here again.
Showers were cold. The kids loved the waterslides and pools which is extra, but worth it. I would stay here again, affordable and quiet in the evening where we were. Verizon cell phones worked in the park.
Clean park. Nice swimming pool. We stay here on two occasions and would go back again. A few restaurants are in walking distance. Movie theater next door. Verizon Cell phones worked great in the park. Game room was very nice.
Pretty basic. Friendly owner, the park was quiet. Although they have internet available, I was never able to get it to work on any of my three Wi-Fi devices. Verizon wireless does not work in the part, but does work in the town about 6 miles away. The RV park is about 1 mile from Burney Falls State Park. I would go back to this location as the surrounding parks didn't seem as nice. $26.50 a night plus tax.
Very quiet park, kind of scary driving in. If your not familiar with the park, your not certain your going the right direction. Keep going, you will be fine. Internet Wi-Fi was the best I've ever seen in a park. Was able to stream video from the internet. Verizon cell phone worked great as well. Shower and bathrooms were clean, a few bugs but that does not bother me. I would return here.
My family and I spent two days here and all was well. If I could complain, the site they gave us did not have 50 amp service, but it was cool enough that we didn't need more than the 30 amp site they assigned us. My kids report that the pool was cold, but refreshing. We have Verizon cell phones which all worked great at this site. Camp site Wi-Fi was slow in the evenings, but better early morning. I would return her for a one night stay over.
