This was a quiet campground that provided a dramatic change-of-pace after Las Vegas. The campground staff was very friendly and helpful, being very accommodating about giving us a site with some shade and satellite reception. The Wi-Fi was secure and free. The laundry facility is huge, but expensive ($3 washers). It's actually a real laundromat with non-campers there also. One warning, there is a deep gutter running along the street in front of the campground. Take it slowly when entering and leaving.
This was a wonderful place to camp with our motorhome in Las Vegas. The "Deluxe Plus" site that we had rated a "10" due to having two nice shade trees and real grass. Vegas in late June would have been much hotter otherwise. This campground has excellent facilities including a beautiful pool area, restaurant, fitness room, etc. The 24-hour manned security gate was nice to have in "Sin-City". This place really deserves the title "Resort". We would definitely return!
This campground was a nice place to stop before heading across the Mojave Desert. The staff was very friendly and made a point of giving us a site with some shade in the late afternoon. For being in the desert, it had attractive landscaping. Everything was very neat and clean. Given the time of year, it was very quiet at the campground. We would happily return to this campground, but NOT in the SUMMER!
We found this campground to be a great place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon. You can't beat the location, with shuttle buses to and from the National Park passing every half hour. The staff was friendly and helpful. We worried that they would have our reservation since NO DEPOSIT is required. When we arrived, all was in order. There are lots of shopping and eating locales within easy walking distance. Our only minor complaint would be that our site was kind of narrow and not too level. We would certainly go back!
This campground provided a welcome respite after a long day of driving in high winds across Texas. The ground was gravelly, but very level. The sites were roomy and sparse trees offered some shade, yet allowed excellent satellite reception. The Wi-Fi was very good. I would certainly return to this campground.
We stayed at this very nice campground longer than we had expected to. An electrical problem in our motorhome was very effectively solved by a personable and knowledgeable young man from the mobile "Complete RV Care". The campground was a quiet place (few kids) on a hill overlooking Santa Fe and the nearby mountains. The campground is rather dark at night, but this allows a wonderful view of the city lights below and the stars above.
We found this campground to be a nice overnight stop. Many sites were shady, but we had a good satellite signal. Our site was a bit close to our neighbor on one side. We could have passed over a coffee cup from slide-out to slide-out. We did not try the Wi-Fi. The staff people were friendly and helpful. One problem was that the office did not open until 10 am on Sunday morning. The campground is very quiet with many long-term campers. (Their sites were very well-kept and decorated with plants and flowers).
We stayed here twice and found this campground to be nice if you're into suburban camping. It is a deep, narrow property between a school and a church. The camp is very well-lit at night and there is a lot of pavement, trees, and manicured grass. You don't want site number 14. It is right next to the tool shed and gets a lot of passing foot traffic. The pool looked like a lot of fun for kids. The laundry room was a welcome dim, cool haven from the very hot temperatures outside. There is a nice fenced-in dog run area. We would stay here again in our motorhome.
This was a very nice campground for an overnight stay. The camp was very quiet and peaceful. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. There are a lot of rules, but they are reasonable and are probably needed during the busy season.
