The park is a typical KOA. Water pressure not very good. Electric marginal. Some staff friendly. Others not. Make sure you pay for only the nights you stay, as there is a no refund policy. Nice laundry. Caution: This campground is in Central city, NOT Denver.
For New Mexico this is a very nice park. Dirt roads and gravel sites, level and plenty of room between sites. Easy access and very quiet. Next to cemetery. Manager/owners very nice and helpful. Located in town, easy access to stores, and old town.
This is a great park on the north west side of town. It's right off Hwy 93 coming in from Wells, NV. While right off the freeway, not much traffic noise at all. Easy access to the highway, staff is excellent. Good hook-up, power and WiFi. All sites are pull throughs.
Nice park about 3 miles off the freeway. It's right on the Rio Grande River. Has a boat dock, and nice swimming pool. If you back up to the embankment, the sewer connections are part way up the slope, so be aware.
If you want to be in town and close to the attractions stay at this park. Right outside the park is the bus stop to take you to downtown (a 15-20 minute ride.) While not in the best part of town, we felt safe in the park. Has shade trees, was nicely kept up, and the staff was friendly.
