Water was yellow. We were in new section with 50 amp. Weather was very hot, and the new asphalt was melting and tracked into camper. Did we say the water was yellow? We were glad we had bottled water with us. Access and exit road was very narrow, with drop-offs right at the turns--so be aware. Full hook-up was $26, and they added $4 for 50 amp service, and WiFi was another $2, even though you have to walk out to the picnic table with your computer. No discounts available to us. Unfortunately, it is the only campground around, but we won't stay here again.

Beautiful, beautiful sites. Great beach, swimming, nature center, hiking paths. Pros--most sites are large, with good space between sites, lots of trees, yet still able to setup satellite. Cons--no sewers, no water. Good for shorter stay. We camp here frequently, and will continue to do so.

We have camped here several times over the years, and have enjoyed the sites, and the ability to setup our satellite with a clear view of the sky. However, the absence of WiFi has caused us to seek out another campground. It does not seem that the owner will be doing anything about WiFi anytime soon. We will probably not camp here again.

We spent 4 nights here at the beginning of our trip, and one night at the end. In the period between our visits, the owner has vastly improved the WiFi service, and has plans to further improve it by purchasing an antenna. The campground is very pretty, and the owners are very pleasant and helpful. We would camp here again.

This is a brand new campground, only open two months. There is a pavilion, and playground, with plans for a basketball court and horseshoes. Land has been purchased for a swimming pool, also. The park itself is well laid out, good access roads, and established trees left on sites, offering shade on many sites. All trees are tall and kept pruned so there is no interference with camping units of any height. The shower building is brand new with four showers, one for handicapped, and each shower is an individual bathroom, i.e., each unit has a shower, sink and toilet, with ample dressing area, behind its own locked door. The WiFi is stable and fast, and the cable TV, while it is only 25 channels, is adequate and reliable. There is a small laundry area with new machines. We were so comfortable that we extended our stay. And there is a lot to do and see in Marion. DO NOT confuse this park with Motel Marion Campground, which is not too far away.
