It served our purpose for visiting family in the area. The price is right for a couple of nights - we were unable to pick up the WiFi in our campsite #20. In a big rig - the roads are tight. Large gravel roads and sites that are almost level. There is a guest fee of $2/person/day - we thought it was a bit much when we were having my father in law (who lives 15 minutes away) over breakfast. It served our purpose at a reasonable rate. Appeared that half of the sites were full time live ins.
Great park for a nice quite visit with lots of privacy. Yes the grass is grown up between the site, but it is a state park left in it's natural state where possible. Beware of the ticks in the summer.
We love this camp ground because of the large sites and being on the river. Agree with others about the on ramp to I 240 and the lack of WiFi. No security and some full timers seem to be living in the park, maybe construction workers.
We tried to make a reservation today for next week and were told that our yellow lab was too large. They have a 20 lb limit on pets, we were told that if we left our dog at home we were welcome. She confirmed that they do not have WiFi or cable.
