I made the reservation on Saturday morning with reservationfriends.com and when we arrived at Cisco Cove RV Park at 5:00 pm the lady at the check in told us that she doesn't have any sites available and she didn't know anything about our reservation, because she didn't check the email on that day. She offered us to stay on the side of the driveway in the park, which she called "overflow" with no hook ups at all. When I asked for a reduced rate she told me that it would be the same price $42 per night. But we didn't have another choice: it got late and we didn't know the area. WOW the most expensive dry camping I ever had. But we made the best out of it, they have the tubing in the winter, which of course cost us another $34. Still no discount for the dry camping.

We stay here 3 to 4 times a year because our daughter is a student at Sonoma State University, which is just 1/2 mile down the street from the RV Park. The wine country, the beaches, even San Francisco are not to far away. This park is clean, safe, quiet and for us very conveniently located. There is nothing wrong with this park, although the turn to get in is a bit tight , but you just take your time. The managers a very friendly, and we really like to come back every time.

We stayed here a few times because we love the river, and it is great if you have a canoe or kayak. It is crazy on Friday and Saturday, so if you don't have to don't go there, it is a circus in the summer. The employees in the store are mostly workamper ladies; the husbands take care of the grounds and trash, etc., and the ladies try to be the most unfriendly as possible. The owner of the park should advice the grumpy old ladies to be more friendly to the paying customers. Or it might be not necessary, because we will be back for the river, not for the old bags.

No hook ups; showers too expensive and cold, but clean. Super beach. Who cares about hook ups, when you get a paradise beach. They could fix the street, so you don't get shaken up on the way to your site.

Very clean campground. Well organized. We just didn't like the big smoking fire pits on every site. We had to keep our motorhome closed so it doesn't get smoked. We really liked the beach. We will be back.
