Very nice park. Spacious spaces - each has a fire ring and table. The spaces are gravel with a concrete slab. People start arriving on Wednesday and by Friday, its pretty full. On Sunday they all leave and the process starts all over again. We stayed there for 18 days.
Nice park and people running it. We called late in the afternoon and they ask how long we were going to stay. I told her 4 nights, I think, but wasn't sure. She said we could talk about it when I arrived. Everything worked. The TV was a little sketchy, but we don't watch much TV anyway. I have my own Wi-Fi, so if theirs worked or not I don't know. The laundry room was clean.
We arrive the morning after it rained most of the night before. It was a muddy mess. Our site had dried out some before we arrived, but still has to use 4 x 4 to keep from spinning the tires on the wet grass. Wi-Fi was so weak at our site it was unusable, cable TV was so-so.
Very nice park. Friendly owners. No cable TV, but can get ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and a few PBS station off antenna. Wi-Fi was limited, they had so much band-width and when that is exceeded it shuts down for 24 hours. Lots of shade and quite.
Nice park with lots of shade and if you're lucky get a spot with a view of the lake. Fishing is free and no license is required. I caught some bass but released them. Host are real friendly. Some sites are tight getting into or out of, but they assign them according to your size and there is a special place for you with the large motorhomes.
Only two spaces left when we arrived. Power line project and ethanol plant construction in the area. We stay there every year when we go through. The place could really be a nice place if someone did a little work. The TV and Wi-Fi work really well.
Very nice park. Site was level. Didn't have to put anything under any of the wheels to get it level. Its all crushed rock with a nice covered area for gatherings. Very friendly owner/operator. Only two other people here. I would stay here again
Nice huge RV park with ponds to fish in. We were there on a Friday and Saturday and they had actives morning and evening. Landry room was nice. The people working there were very friendly. The pull through we had was not very level front to back
Nice, quite, little park just off the interstate. Did not hear any highway noise. Friendly people. Some shade depending on the time of day. Easy access. No cable TV, but we got couple of channels off the air. All the permanent sites were well keep. It was windy when we were there, but the wind always blows in Kingman.
It was just an overnighter for us. Several TV channels over the air. Wi-Fi was strong. They are addressing the water problem. It wasn't just the RV park that was effected. Apparently, whatever is in the water can be filtered out so the water company is giving out filter until they can clear up the problem. I would stay there again if ever in the area
Huge park with tons of things for kids to do. Sites are gravel with some grass in between sites. Information from the brochure that they gave us upon arrival says, under amenities, they have high speed wireless internet. Well the wireless part is correct but it is far from high speed, more like slow or no speed. I would not stay here again
Nice park. Only thing lacking is cable TV, but you can get all the network station via antenna. Nice wide spots. We parked on a level concrete pad. Its an easy trip to down town St. Louis. Lots of shopping with in easy reach. I would stay here again when in St Louis area.
Lots of every kind of camper, from permanent to temporary workers. Some sites are more level than others. There are some little fishing ponds which they charge you $3 to use. There was a swimming pool which was $3 also. Laundry facility was clean and working well. Looks like all the long termers got the shady sites. It would have been nice to have a shady spot as it was in the mid 90's
Rate is weekly and with AAA disount including the $5 a week for Wi-Fi. Cable TV and Wi-Fi worked great. Its not a resort but doable. My site was level and long enough to park my truck either in front or back of my 5er
Nice park, we were escorted to our site. They have continental breakfast. Site was level. Wi-Fi worked great. Cable TV was mostly ok, some channels not watchable. Shade sites available was checked yes: well that's a joke. Trees are not tall enough to provide shade except near sun rise and sun set.
I love this place. I stay here every time I am in Flagstaff. An older campground set in the pine trees. Friendly staff and sites are level. It it had cable TV, I would give it a 10. Can get several TV stations including ABC, NBC, CBS on an antenna and I did even have to raise the antenna. There are some trails in the back in the wilderness for hiking.
Typical COE park. Lots of space between camp sites. The deer were plenty and with a little corn you can get about 50 of them to show up. They are so used to getting fed they will come right up to you. If it had sewer I would have given it a 10
Basically run of the mill camp ground. Best priced one in the area. Wi-Fi worked and cable TV was nice. Park on gravel with a small patch of grass between you and the next guy. Spaces fairly close together, common in this type of camp ground. Friendly staff.
Very nice park. To bad it floods so often. We had a river site and parked on concrete and it was level. Can get some TV station via antenna. Laundry was free, only draw back they only had two machines they had more before the flood this spring. We would stay there again if in the area.
Nice COE campground. Lots of room sites are long not all are real level. Lot of area for kids. They have water and electric but no sewer but has a dump station. Only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that it doesn't have sewer hook-ups.
Small park, nothing wrong with that. Manager will help you hook things up. He even had Direct TV box and antenna he will loan you if he hasn't promised it to someone else. Great place. Will camp there again if ever in the area.
There's not much choice in Liberal KS. The other two parks are East of town. One is FHU and the other is electric only. I stay at B & B every time I'm in town. They are changing the name due to problems the guy who used to run it had with the city. Seems he didn't get along with anyone. They were working on the Wi-Fi when we were there. There are several permanent sites but nearly all parks have those and some work campers. It seems there are more and more work campers everywhere.
Excellent place to stay. Wake up in morning with deer within a rock's throw from your camper. Sites are all pull throughs. Phone works, not Wi-Fi except at the gun shoot center and you can use the computer in the main building. We got two TV channels. Will stay here again when in the area. They have two full hook up campgrounds: East and West. West is the best but East has bathrooms, shower and a laundry
It says shade sites available, well the trees I saw would not provide much shade. Sites were big enough for the tow vehicle. Wi-Fi worked great. No phone, well at least not Verizon. I think AT&T works, but he let me use the house phone to make a phone call, so that was nice. Verizon works in town which is 10 miles away.
Only draw back is its 18 miles North of town. Very nice everyone was friendly including the folks we parked next to and across from. No TV but who cares. Internet was excellent. Didn't have any bars on my phone but it worked. I don't know that I would come here for a one nighter but sure as the sun sets in the West would come there and spend weeks.
Nice smaller older park. Sites level, great TV, Wi-Fi a little slow but worked. Owners are a nice couple. Just off the interstate. Spaces are close like most RV parks, but I'm not living here long, just for a couple of days. If ever in the area would stay here again
Nice older park. The layout is different that most places. Manager is a nice guy and very helpful. Stayed here last year and will again when in Flagstaff. Wi-Fi worked fine. We had a pull though site and was mostly level. It took only one 2" board under one wheel to make it level
Camp ground with lots of trees. Its not laid out like any other RV park that I have seen. Plenty of room. Very friendly and helpful host. Some spots may be a little tricky to get into but the host will help you. Lots of long timers here. I was told you have to commit to four months to get a monthly rate. We had the spot by the laundry which was tricky to get into but with the help of the host it was no problem. I would stay here again.
This is a park you never see listed anywhere. It is a city park and has been there at least 20 years. Lots of trees on grass. Lots of tent areas. Some sites have 30/50 Amp service with water near by. Nice quiet place. It has a cabana for rent for groups. The gates are locked at 10 PM and opened at 7 AM
Not the best place in the world but it had good level shaded spots. The guy that owns the place had a stroke and his daugher is now running the place and wants to clean it up, so maybe in a year or so it will be better.
Sites not exactly level but never stayed anywhere where they were perfectly level. Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day were here. I informed the office and they just shrugged it off, but it worked the next days we were here.
It used to be a KOA and must be relatively new as the trees aren't very big so there's not a lot of shade. Sites are gravel with grass in between sites. Sites are as level as anywhere we have been. It took only a 1" board under one side. Owner was friendly and the laundry was clean
Good park. Friendly people running the place. They had a lot of information on the local area. There are some shady sites, we didn't happen to have one, but it was cloudy off and on. Bad thing was my sewer connection: it was in the back and I parked a couple feet over it, so I had to craw under the 5'ver a little to hook up.
