Sites were large and open which was very nice! The streets were wide, paved, and easy to navigate with the motorhome. It was very quiet after 10 p.m. Gravel sites were groomed immediately after they were vacant; many part time workers kept streets and buildings spotless and ready for use. Full time residents were very friendly to those of us who stopped briefly (for a week). Many places to go for interesting day trips around the area; this makes a great base camp.
Clean park, good laundry facilities, roomy sites, great view of the mountains, friendly people working in the office and on the grounds. We stayed there in the "off season" and it was quite empty, but it would be fun to stay there in the summer, I am sure.
The KOA in Las Cruces is a very clean, well kept campground; it was a real pleasure to stay there. As there were some empty spaces, we were given the choice of a pull through site or one with a view of the city below and we took the "site with the view" which was wonderful. People at the desk were efficient and friendly. We'd definitely stay there again!
