I loved it. We had a beautiful site right on the water. My kids loved that we had a huge site to just run around on and everybody got to go fishing! The bathrooms were ok, but they had definitely only cleaned the showers as little as possible. Loved it anyways
Wow! This was an amazing campground. I loved everything about this place. It was gorgeous, clean and very charming! We camped in site number 33. This is one of the three that can be used for people with disabilities so it is all concrete and has a sidewalk directly to the restrooms. The restroom are placed in the middle of the park and there are little trails to the restrooms. Most of the sights have there own path. If you want the prettiest sight with a lake view i suggest sight 18 or 20. They were great! If you want to fish the lake there were tons of fish and the beach was just a walk a way and barely anybody there. This park comes highly recommended by me!
I was disappointed. The bathrooms were clean but they were dark and gloomy! The river is actually not that close to the campground. My biggest complaint was that there was sand everywhere. There is no pavement anywhere. They say they have a playground but it is more like swings in the woods. The bathrooms are also a ways away from the campers. It was ok but I don't intend to go back.
This place was great! The showers in the restroom were huge and clean. You don't feel closed in. The sites were shady but the ones on the water were the best. I really never saw the camp host but all was good. You can have fires, they provide the pit. The sites were paved in the pull-throughs and gravel in the rest. I love the dock and there was tons of room for the kids to ride there bikes. We will definitely go back!
