Although it was very hot, we had a back-in site with some shade. We had plenty of width to deploy our awning and were able to use a very well equipped laundry and super-clean showers. The proprietors were very friendly and answered our questions on where to find things. One of the groundsmen was helpful in making an "I" beam out of 2 X 4s for my husband in order to support our bedroom slide-in. (We had support rail problems during travel mode.) We thanked him with a present and we sat and socialized for awhile. Very nice, neat, clean, friendly place!
We had a pull-through site for our 26' travel trailer, but it was the skinniest site we've ever had in our life. We couldn't even deploy our awning we were packed in so tight. (And there was no shade where we were.) The neighbors had to duck around our bicycle rack (which swings out to accommodate our back bedroom bump-out) in order to get into their front door. The ladies room key didn't work, so the proprietor, who was available, worked on it until it opened up. Once inside, the bathroom was not very clean with gobs of hair on the floor and in the shower. I would not recommend this RV park to anyone.
We had to pay via personal check in advance for the 2 nights we were to stay here, and it is advertised that this is "nonrefundable." The proprietors were not available when we arrived mid-morning, but our assigned space was posted. We found out, to our chagrin, that there was a "water advisory" here, that one should boil the water for drinking purposes. Others at the campground validated this warning. When the proprietor showed up at our trailer when we were cooking dinner, my husband told her that she should have informed us about the water situation. If we had known we would have had our fresh water tank full. She did refund our money for the 2nd night and we promptly left the following morning. We were given a site off the dirt road that leads to the water, no view and dusty. We would not recommend this park to others.
