This was an excellent RV Park. Beautiful views, large sites and very quiet. All utilities worked well, including WiFi. There is a nice selection of young trees that will need a few years before providing much shade. The park is convenient to all historic sites. We would stay here again.
Clean, Neat, level sites. Electric, 50A, H2O & sewer in good repair and convenient. Staff was friendly and guided to site. Wi-Fi, though advertized, not available at our site. It may be available at 30A sites. Noise from I-74 and railroad across the street is bad! Narrow approach road and gate could be a negative for big rigs.
This park could use better signage - the office is in a bouquet. It appears that this park is in the process of upgrading it's utilities. We stayed in an upgraded pull-through site and utilities worked well. Wi-Fi was great. Sites are a little close for big rigs but this is certainly a fine overnight stop. Rating will be higher when utility upgrades are completed.
This is a hard location to rate. Lots of positives; nice clean large level sites w/ covered concrete patios and picnic tables. Hook-up are modern, convenient and worked well. There is a large fishing pond ($) with a bike/walking trail around it. Convenient to restaurants at Hard Rock Casino. Negatives: the Wi-Fi needed my external antenna to work well. The commuter train line is close. (Nice if you want to visit Santa Fe.) We would stay here again.
Probably the best park with convenient access to Denver. This isn't a rural area so traffic and urban noise exists. The physical facilities and staff are excellent. Wi-Fi works but I would rate it very poor lacking bandwidth most of the time.
With grandchildren in Tulsa, we have stayed here many times. Sites are a bit tight for big rigs, but the staff manages such that most become pull-throughs. Been here both winter and summer and the utilities always worked. Free WiFi is a plus for me. There are many long term units, but the park is well maintained and not junk loaded. Some recent additions to landscaping and carved tree trunks are unique and quite beautiful.
The campground manager was exceptionally helpful in assuring that our hookup went smoothly as well as suggesting sites of local interest. This park is in town and convenient to stores and restaurants. The sites are gravel, somewhat close together but far enough from the highway to be quiet. Raton has a small but very interesting store-front museum across from the Amtrak station.
Convenient location and a fair price for the region. Owner and staff were helpful and knowledgable about area attractions. WiFi connection was among the best that we have experienced. Cable worked well. Spaces are somewhat small but adequate. We spent four nights and would stay here again.
