They had very tight spots here. Camping is not what we were here for so it was OK with us. Check-in was open until 9:00 pm. and we arrive at 5:30, but the attendant had the door locked for some reason, he acted quite put out that we were checking in and I had to open the locked door for two others trying to check in. Saw at least one person a day walking throughout the RV area picking up trash, so it was clean. No camp fires are allowed in this park, but there must be somewhere because the grocery store sold fire wood.
Nice thing about KOA's is you know what you are getting before you get there. We arrived in the area without reservations and they were able to accommodate us. Friendly staff at check-in and an escort to the site. Bath and showers were individual, clean and large. The RV park sits on a divided street so be aware it may take some time to get around to the right side of the street to enter the park. We would stay here again.
Great RV park, friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in and escort to site. Laundry and restrooms/showers very clean. Nice continental breakfast between 8:00 and 10:00. Not so easy access from I40 but is very doable as long as you pay attention. We would stay here again.
It is a good park for quick overnight stays, just a few blocks off the freeway, easy off and easy on. $3.00 per person over two. Security guard on duty all night but gate was not closed, just blocked by orange cones. Restrictive swimming hours for children and teens.
