This was are 2nd time here, nothing has changed since 2010. Still very nice and peaceful. Again we were able to get the best site, #44. We fished a lot and caught a lot of bass. We did the springs and relaxed. owners do have a lot of rules but this is what we like and it is needed compared to other parks we have been in this year. The park is very, very clean. The only negative is the cable t.v. is not strong enough, Cable company needs to amplifiy it. Ohm it out, it is low. We camped here in a motorhome and we will be back.

Very nice campground, we had the best site #25 on the corner. The owner is fantastic, she is probably the nicest person we came across on our 3,000 mile trip. We tubed down the river a lot, kids loved it. We fished in the river, only caught sunfish. They also have a lot of kids and adult activities. The bath house is a little out dated. We camped in a motorhome and will be back.

Very very clean and neat. Stayed at site G-9 "stream site" across the road. Pool, laundry, clubhouse and bath/showers etc. were spotless. Great activities for all. Putt putt was the best we have ever seen from west coast to east coast. I was surprised we were not charged extra to use any of the activities like the other "campground." I don't like to be nickled and dimed for everything. We had a lot of fun. Another plus is you are in the middle of Waynesville and Maggie Valley. OK, the mill across the creek does have a smell. Most of the time you will smell a mild cedar/pine/mulch smell. On our 4th and last night, we did smell the manure smell; it was very thick and lasted for approximately 45 min. Do not pass this one up because of this. This campground has been the best one for all of us so far. Only reason for not giving a 10 is that the sites on "G creek front", are not really creek sites since the creek is across the road and the sites are not level. Everyone had to block and jack the front off the ground approximately 6-7 inches. This might be normal for the water shed. We will absolutely be back.

Great worker-campers. Site was nice and quiet in "B" section. Pool was OK and the grounds/bath rooms were clean. Office staff was not nice. Putt-putt was out dated and in need of many repairs. They have three lakes, none of which have big rig sites. One lake is a mud hole for the tents. Main lake is for the very busy, tight, loud weekend locals. Third lake is not in use for campers. Very busy campground, "B" section seemed to be the place to stay. When you arrive in A or B section you will hear a train less than one hundred yards away. You will say to your wife, husband and kids, listen to the train/horns "that is so neat" but this same train will wake you up (laugh) every day at approximately 0300 and 0500 hours. The train runs approximately six times a day. This is not a reason to pass this campground. We would return.

Had to stop for service, part would not be in for ten days. Stayed here for three days and will be back for the part. Everyone was great. Sites are very narrow but it did not bother us. Pool was fun and clean. Bath house smelled every day we were here. This would be a great place to stay if you are doing Look Out Mountain, Ruby Falls etc. We did that trip last year and did not know Camping World had this park. We stayed at the "other Park" on the other side of 75 and did not like it. Here you have lots of fishing also. We will be back.

Our second time here. Just as nice as before. We had a big pull through site. We did not use the pool but it is back across and down from the falls, not walking distance from the lower level sites. The pool is in walking distance from the upper sites but you can only camp there if you are under 30'. We had a great time, will be back.

This was the best. They have a new section that is first come. All paved roads, our site was paved. We stayed in the new "D" section. Everything was great. We will be back.

Very friendly staff, clean bath but very out dated, putt putt was very old and breaking apart. For the roads you have to take to get to this place and the price, do some maintenance on the sites. If you drive a MH over 36 feet, you will have a blast trying to level it. After walking around the grounds, I think there was only 8-10 sites that looked level but you would also have the mud holes. There is no pavement in the park. I don't know where they took the "mountain" pictures. They are not at my site or others when I walked around. If you have small kids the playground is good. I will not stay here again.

Nice (great) peaceful park, 90% RV spots. Nice shade, new sections do not have shade. This is a clean park with clean restrooms/showers. Sites are grass with concrete patio, roads are rock but no dust. Pool was very clean. Pond by the pool has a lot of bass in it, good fishing. Overall great place, people were very friendly, we stayed in site 68 and will come back as soon as we can.
