Much has changed in this park since we were there last year. The office staff has changed and the current staff is friendly and helpful. There are clotheslines just outside of the large and clean laundry. We arrived just at the close of their busy season but had the opportunity to attend a park-sponsored cookout which was fun! Also the snowbirds are gone, there are still plenty of permanent residents that are friendly and welcoming. We would definitely return - it is a much better park since the office staff is better.

This park is hard to rate because we arrived at a time of the year that hot and unpleasant. Pluses are that the park is south of Yuma & in the country, there were places out of the park to walk our dogs, and no plane/train noise. The bad news is that there were billions & billions of flies. We had to buy two fly traps just to keep the flies away from our door. The traps filled up within two days they they each hold about 30K flies. The pool was not available and it would have been nice to use in the evenings. Chickens from a nearby farm roamed the park from sunrise to sunset. The camp host was friendly but most of the time, we didn't see another soul due to the high temperatures. We would be hard-pressed to return to this park. Rate was weekly rate.

This is a small park that has a lot going for it. The park managers are very welcoming. There are some full time residents and several people have been coming for years. Getting there was a little frustrating due to construction on Prince Rd., but this is temporary. The park is located next to a large open field which is perfect for walking your dogs off leash. Snake warnings were posted but we didn't see any. It is close to the Interstate & trains, but the noise didn't bother us. The laundry was clean & the outdoor clotheslines were a real bonus. We stayed 14 days and the daily rate reflects the weekly rate. We have stayed in some of the larger, impersonal parks in Tucson. We would definitely return to this little gem.

Gorgeous setting along the river. Camp Hosts: Thanks for being superior hosts! This park is a little treasure and we would stay here again. The park grounds were immaculate. Price includes Good Sam discount.

Lovely park and gracious camp hosts. Park was clean and far enough from the interstate to not be too noisy. The setting for the park was beautiful. We were in a site that was on a curve which was a bit tight. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay. We would return to this park. Price includes Good Sam discount.

We love this small, pet friendly, and clean park. It is a treasure surrounded by some HUGE RV (impersonal) resorts. We loved our stay at this park and will return when we are in the area. Thanks for a most enjoyable stay. You made us feel totally at home. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

One of the best parks we have stayed in: friendly, clean, grassy areas in most sites. This park is a gem. Nightly rate was for a week. This an older park with some full-timers, lots of trees. Although it is not on the major freeways, it is worth driving to the park. Very accessible to shopping, fuel, medical care, etc. We love this park.

Rate reflected is for monthly stay plus electricity. This is no place for your pets. You can walk your dogs within the park, but the wash just outside the park is full of stickers(steer heads, goat heads, etc). Based on our stay at two other parks in Las Cruces, we feel the owners overcharged us for electricity (based on the cost per kilowatt hour). We will not return to this park. The owners are not friendly and we never felt welcome.

This is a small park with difficult access from Apache Blvd due to tram that goes through the middle of the road. Spaces were tight. This is not a 55+ park. The rate paid includes additional daily charge for dogs. You can walk your dogs in a vacant lot close to the park that is filled with "stuff" former pet owners didn't pick up. Transients or drunks sleep in that lot so beware. The Wifi is not dependable. One of the office employees was very rude and seemed unhappy to be working. We will not return to this park.
