We could not find it on our GPS, but got directons by phone. The campground was a pleasant surprise after driving though town. Easy to find, right off US 95. Sites were nice and big. Trees were small. Campground looks fairly new. Price was great, after paying $38 at a KOA for only water and electric.
The park had narrow hilly roads to get to our site. We had only water and electric. When we asked if full hookups were available, the answer was no, even though the park was empty. The only restrooms and showers were within walking distance but all uphill. Our friends who are camping with us had a picnic table unsuitable for eating. We do not recommend this campground for big rigs only tents!
We camped there 1 night on our way to WA. They were very friendly and even hooked up our converter box so we could get TV. The bathrooms were spotless. They were watering the grass continuously because of the dry climate. We definitely would recommend this campground.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. The people were friendly and helpful with advice and directions to attractions. There is not much TV service unless you have satellite. Our site was level, close to showers and plenty large. We stayed 10 days.
