This is a membership park. Sites are very narrow and to make matters worse some have one or two pine trees that prevent you from opening your awning and may affect you from opening your slides. We had problems with our breaker flipping off. We complained, but nothing was done. We ended up plugging in at the site next to us. The laundry facility was very clean and reasonable. There is a nice trail to the beach. Their Wi-Fi was not working at the sites but was OK at the club house. This would be an OK park for a overnight stay.

Nicely landscaped and very clean park located on a hill close to the freeway. Our RV spot was on the upper hill and you could hear the freeway at night. Park is very close to the Wild Animal Park which was our reason for staying in Escondido. Pool very small and laundry is expensive ($2.50 a load). Staff very friendly.
