Very peaceful, well-kept park with tall pines & shade trees. 47 lower-level packed gravel sites; 64 upper-level sites, some with decks, in a great mountain-side setting. Family & pet friendly. Clean showers & restrooms, pool, laundry; propane & some supplies. Very friendly, helpful owners & staff. 1 mile from town, on HWY 70 toward Tularosa/Alamogordo. Stayed 5 days & will definitely stay again.
Beautifully landscaped desert park with easy I-10 access, but away from the city noise & traffic. Paved streets, wide level gravel sites with picnic table, many with mature trees. Mountain views & awesome sunsets. Occasional daytime air traffic, but very quiet at night. Nice, clean restrooms & showers with great water pressure. Big rig, family & pet friendly. Laundry, pool, hot tub, playground, dog walk & more. Cable & internet included; propane & some supplies available. Owners & staff were very friendly & helpful, suggested nearby restaurants & grocery. Great price, stayed 4 nights with pets & truly enjoyed it! I-10 exit 275, 1/4 mile north on Houghton Rd.
Friendly owners & staff in a fairly quiet park with mature trees; cable included and easy I-10 access. Many permanent residents in a compact park, and facilities show alot of wear & tear. Extremely short, tight sites and very narrow roads, not well-suited for lengthy rigs or slide-outs. Our 29 ft trailer took up entire length of their pull-thru site, un-hitching was a must. With no room for parking tow vehicles or toad's, being blocked in, or out of, your site is likely. Not a terrible place, but inconvenient for over-night stops, and over-priced for condition & size.
A small Good Sam park with friendly staff. Very clean & quiet, great for overnight stops, cable included. Gravel sites are level with plenty of space & picnic table, some with mature trees. Showers, restrooms, and laundry were clean. Modem, rec. room, playground & above-ground pool available. Definitely would stay again.
Park is quiet, with gravel sites & roads, some mature trees. Restrooms, showers, & laundry are older but clean, staff was friendly. Indoor pool & hot tub; small play ground & dog walk area. Modem available, but didn't use it. Pull-thru sites at the front of the park are narrow, but level & okay for overnight. Some rutted areas in the larger 50 amp sites, which might be a problem if raining. Decent overnight park, but unsightly tent area leaves a bad impression. Obvious long term set-up's with assorted make-shift additions & wooden structures, a school bus, and even a cardboard enclosed horse trailer equipped with a satellite dish. There are other RV parks in Deming, we will try another next time.
Convenient location, clean park with paved streets & sites, mature trees. Made reservations from out of state, assigned a site #, office is closed on weekends. Stayed 3 nights while visiting family. Note: Reserved short term pull-thru's are built on a mound, very high-centered, ground clearance may be a problem. Cable tv is satellite access only, for short term. Site #81 is on the corner of a very busy park intersection, near dumpsters & includes a community park bench. High traffic, noisy location, day & night. Nice park overall, would stay again, but will request a different location.
Young trees provide little shade, and the reason for my rating but otherwise a great park in a quiet desert setting. Owners & staff were very friendly. Baths, showers, and grounds were spotless. Wide, level, packed gravel sites. Pet friendly with 2 fenced dog walks. Cartoon Network, pool, and playground for the kids.
