Passport America rate with 30 amp was $19.27. This is an easy, inexpensive overnighter. Close to I-10, pull through sites, level, quiet, free waffles and coffee in the morning. It's pleasant enough, and we'd stop here again.

Rate reflects Passport America. This is a lovely little park with an unexpectedly gorgeous courtyard where they hold nightly campfires. The RV spots are basically a parking area with pull through sites and hookups, but those behind the office are really nice. Included in the rate is Wi-Fi and cable TV. The town is quirky and full of character, with a couple of charming little restaurants. It's really out in the middle of nowhere, but if you like solitude or want to go to Big Bend Nat'l Park, it's great. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Excellent park. The sites are nicely landscaped, paved, spacious, and sheltered from the road by a wooded area. It has a lovely outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and great playground area. Nice mix of retirees and families, and the few long-term folks have done really attractive things with their sites. The office was pleasant and efficient. Good location with restaurants and stores nearby. I gave it a 9 rather than 10 only because it doesn't have a hot tub or many activities. Rate reflects monthly rate, which includes electricity. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful park with friendly people. The location is fairly remote, about 25 miles from Kingsville, which is both a plus and a negative. It's right next to a county park with a great fishing pier. We would definitely stay here again.

We came here using an $89 for one week coupon from the TACO magazine. To our surprise, we really liked it. It's not real large, but has a very nice indoor pool/hot tub, laundry, and rec hall. Rather than the open grassy parks you see so often in the RGV, this park is set in trees. The manager and people are super friendly. It's conveniently located to go to both ends of the RGV. They honor Passport for 7 days, and there are some great special prices. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleasant place. It's not a large resort, but it's clean and friendly. Some sites are water front or water view. We will definitely stay again.

This is a difficult review to write as we had a horrible experience. The park roads and sites are gravel, and the managers had recently put in new sprinkler lines. Where the line was laid, the ground was so unstable you'd literally sink if you just stood on it. The managers were aware, but didn't put up cones or make any type of warning. As we were driving on the park road, unaware of the problem, one side of our 5th wheel simply sunk down to the frame. The managers got a tow truck to get us out and explained what had happened. They later they changed their story with the insurance company and claimed we drove off the road and dumped our rig. (No way.) It took a call to the owner in California to get respectable treatment. HOWEVER, this aside, the park itself is pretty nice. The new section is spacious and quiet. We caught fish in the little bass pond. It's not ritzy, but a decent place, and hopefully what happened to us is unique.

A giant park with lots of amenities and activities. It's our favorite of the CalAm resorts and we will go back: if we can get reservations!

This is a great little park on the edge of town. If you want a pool and daily organized activities, you'll want to be next door at Desert Trails. If you want space, nice sites, peace and quiet, and lovely walking trails in the desert: Diamond J is wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at Sams Town. The RV park is nice, and the Sams Town casino and hotel are right next door. It's not right on the strip, but they do offer a free shuttle. Driving in Vegas is not fun, and it's about $25 for a taxi ride from the strip back to the RV park. Unfortunately, the shuttle only runs from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We did drive around and looked at other parks, and we will definitely return to Sams Town next time we're in Vegas.

On the plus side, it's a decent place with full hookups. On the downside, there is absolutely nothing special about it. Ok for an overnighter and to dump after camping, but that's about it.

We have come here four times and absolutely love it. If you come in January, there are not many people here, and you can get a beach site. You're in the RV park, with your front or back window looking right out to the Sea of Cortez. The park is located next to a hotel with a wonderful daily happy hour on their patio. Lots of good restaurants in the area, and we've never once felt unsafe. However, if you go to Rocky Point, this is definitely the park to come to!

This is our very favorite park. The grounds are lovely and the location is perfect for us. It's a couple of miles from the Santee town center which has all kinds of shopping and restaurants. You can also pick up the trolley system there to go anywhere in San Diego for $5 per day ($2.50 seniors). Great place!

Nice enough place overnight. They have an indoor pool which we appreciated. There is some nice landscaping, but the area around the office has gotten pretty junky. The noise from the trains was very noticeable. They don't have a website and the office folks weren't the friendliest around. Still, it's convenient and we'd probably stop here again.

We loved this park. Arizona City is a tiny town about 30 minutes from Casa Grande. It has a nice golf course and several cute restaurants. The park itself is very nice, friendly, and had some really fun activities when we were here. Our only complaint was that, while the weekly rate of $176 was reasonable, you can't extend your stay for a few more days unless you pay for a whole week or the much higher daily rate of $45.

Great place if you're visiting Chanute. Free for 2 nights, then $10 thereafter, with a 10 day max stay. Electric and water only. It's in two different sections, and one section backs the golf course. It's a short walk to the NuWa factory which offers free tours Mon-Thurs. We'd stay again.

Excellent place to stay in Branson. It's a few miles out of town, near Table Rock Lake dam. This means it's much quieter and has wonderful lakeside trails, boating, and fishing nearby. It's clean, has comfortable sites, and friendly owners. Their private shuttle service, which we used for all our our evening shows, is wonderful! Rate is for Passport America. We'd definitely stay here again.
