Very nice quite campground in the pocono mountains. Large olympic size pool, new bathrooms, store, game room, exercise room, luandry facilities. Near state gamelands, stream fishing, and hiking trails. Tobyhanna state park is a short drive away as well as many other pocono attractions. Probably the friendliest, hardest working ownership I ever met.
Nice campground, bad location. Campground is located just off Interstate 78. It is very noisy at night with all the truck traffic. They want to nickel and dime you to death as well. They even charge you to fish in their onsite pond.
This is a very busy and crowded campground on the weekends. The public road that runs through the park is a big drawback. Many locals using the road do not obey the posted speed limit. It is extremely difficult to maneuver the narrow roads and small sites. We had a reservation for a lake front site but could not access it. Our trailer bottomed out trying to go down the road to the lake front site. Luckily they were able to accommodate us and put us in another site. If you have kids and you are looking for a lot of activities, it's great. If you want a more laid back atmosphere, stay away.
