Very nice park. Right off the Hwy 5. Easy egress to and from Hwy. Sites are adequate in size for a 40' MH. Cable, WiFi and tower are well placed. Gravel roadway and site locations. Best part is the next door neighbor to the RV Park is an Exotic Wildlife Park. A must go to. The Hwy noise isn't bad. We just stayed there one night.

Location to the City of Vancouver is ideal. With that said, I must also indicate some of the faults. With a 40' MH, you are limited in the number of spaces that are available. Also, your next door neighbor is Really Close. With my small slide, I had to ask my neighbor if he could bring his awning in (that's pretty close!). The Wi-Fi there is very spotty and again very slow. TV reception by Cable is poor. Lots of tent campers and smaller camper. Your only other option is in Burnaby and it's also has really tiny (based on USA standards) spaces.

I had no idea this was a Thousand Trails facility. Unfortunately, I had pre-paid my stay as if I hadn't, I would have immediately continued on. I thought I had done a fair job researching the various RV parks in the area. In the reviews I read, this facility was rated 8.5 out of 10. The comments generally were quite good. With this info, I proceeded to secure a site by phoning them. The park, is nestled in heavy forest. It's all dirt/gravel with limited maneuvering, especially when vehicles are parked in-front of their rigs. The smell of sewage is consistent throughout the park. After hooking up, we drove around the park to see if there was someplace that was not as bad....well, fortunately we were only there one night. I understand the attraction of Thousand Trail Parks, but this was NO picnic! Never again!!!!
