Good place to stay several days. Casino and restaurant on site. Sites are level with lots of grass around. Big sites. We usually stay on one of the lakefront sites. Ducks and geese gave our dogs plenty to watch. This is a place that you can stay for several days with a resort feel. We have been here several times in the last couple years.
Good, cheap, easy access from I-15. You can use their resort pool area and it is a short walk from the RV area. All asphalt lot. Pull thrus are narrow. But the spots around the outside are real wide as long as you do not mind unhooking and backing in. Pretty good from a noise standpoint since it is off the main street and behind the casino.
Great stay at this park. No full timers here so everyone was in the same mindset of seeing the great parks in the area. We did day trips to Bryce Canyon, Zion, and North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Plus we went to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary right outside of town which was great. We extended a couple days since there was so much to do and the park was great. We will return. Escobars was a great Mexican café. We had a site on the back row which was off the road. Super clean showers and laundry and the whole park was well maintained. Real friendly hosts.
Great people running the park. When we got there it was a downpour and the guy came out and helped us in to our spot without me getting out at all. He yelled to come in when it stopped raining. Real quiet. No TV, and the trees were too thick for my satellite to work but it was a great stop anyway. Will use the park again.
The park was clean and was what you would expect from a KOA. Person at the front was courteous. I asked for a quiet spot. She put us in a row closest to the trains. And the row was almost full while the rest of the park was mostly empty. The trains were loud and ran all night and the ground shook. Never here again.
