This is an old campground. Bad access road: dirt and lots of pot holes. Lots of trees make for some tight turns. Many seasonals here and sites were not all well cared for. They have a list of activities in season and a playground. If you stay, be sure to specify what type of service you want, otherwise you will be charged for the maximum for the site - ie, a 50/30 amp site will be charged at the 50 amp rate whether you are using 50 or not. The manager is not pleasant to deal with if there is a misunderstanding. The laundry had not been cleaned in awhile. We would not stay here again.
We found this to be an attractive park, good WIFI at our site. Some sites might be a little tight to back in but we had no problems. A lot of work has been done here to improve the appearance and performance of things. The campground personnel were quite friendly and helpful. We would definitely camp here again.
The ocean views are great from this park. It's close enough to walk or bicycle into town and beach combing is just across the street. The camp personnel were very accommodating. We would camp here again.
One of the prettiest campgrounds we have stayed in with rolling terrain and lots of trees, but we were still able to get Wi-Fi at our site. There was even a nature trail. The seasonals were very friendly. Lots of kids and dog walkers required careful driving in the park. The camp was close enough to make day trips to nearby attractions and Fundy tide watching feasible. We would definitely stay there again!
This is a very convenient park for exploring Saint John, plus a sightseeing bus stops in the park. The overnighter area is basically a big flat gravelled area but we were able to get WIFI from our site. We would camp here again.
