Other than being a little warm in July, Wine Country RV is a terrific place to stay. The park is ultra clean with very nice sites and is right in the middle of central California wine country. Wine Country's staff was very pleasant to deal with and as a result, we will be staying with them during Thanksgiving. To cure the heat situation, a water slide park is being constructed next door and looks like it should open during Summer 2007.
We have stayed with Pismo Coast Village on a number of occasions and have always been pleased. Their family and camper friendly atmosphere is exactly what we look for in a campground. As a result, we have brought other new camping families to PCV and they have all fell in love.
We stayed at the Ventura Beach RV Resort for only a short weekend. We wished we had more time to spend there. We found the services, staff and atmosphere very family and camper friendly. This resort will stay at the top of our list for return visits. The only problem is their web site says "no cable" there were some sites with that feature.
