Excellent campground, even without power and water. Large spaces, plenty long for the longest rigs. Heavily wooded sites with plenty of shade. A short walk to restrooms and showers. We'll be back here in October.

Jellystone is always a fun place to stay. There were activities all day for the kids, so it got them out of the pool and kept them from getting bored. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The two pools were very nice - an older kids pool and a younger kids pool. While we were there, I saw only one open site, but the campground never felt overcrowded - a testament to the abundance of activities. With my family, the $53 was for two adults. The four kids added another $12 per day. So, my only gripe is the large number of golf carts that Jellystone rents out. I understand the ones necessary for staff, but there were just too many that rode around too fast all day long - primarily with kids at the wheel. They continued until after quiet hours and then usually with more kids hanging on the back and sides. All in all, a great weekend and we will return.

This is a very nice Virginia State Park. Plenty of hiking trails, swimming in the lake (roped off area for swimmers) and activities for the family. The host came by as we were setting up to tell of about events for the weekend - I saw them do the same for all new arrivals. The host even shoveled out the fire pits upon departure. The lake and visitor center are a 10 minute walk down a paved trail. They encourage boaters and provide parking off of your site if needed. Will return.

Nice park, plenty to see in the heart of Amish country. The mill is really neat. Very accommodating owners who left our assignment on the door. We were stream side and it was a nice respite. My only beef was only one set of restrooms was open, which caused us to walk across the campground to get there. The bridge crossing the creek to the roadway was closed, but should be closed completely or repaired for safety reasons - too easy for small children to get hurt.

This is a very nice park. The restrooms were either recently renovated or new, but clean and just what you would expect. We arrived after dark and were grateful to have a place. The owner met us and directed us to the site. I was a bit disappointed with two things: I had to back in to a site, and we were on the road closest to the road which meant plenty of road noise all night and in the morning - all this despite only a handful of sites being occupied.

The on-site staff couple here were extremely helpful and friendly. All sites were level pads and the restrooms and showers were both very clean and extremely secure - you had to have an issued key to gain access.

Military only. This park is an excellent representation of how to manage a park. All facilities were clean and secure. The only drawback it the park's proximity to US 54 - a bit noisy at times.

This is a pretty little park on the south side of Roswell. The office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The park was nearly spotless and the restrooms and showers are without peer!

We came for the heated pool and were only disappointed that there was just a pool, heated, and a few chairs - nothing else. The park itself was adequate and clean, though there was a number of locals hanging around the office and the children's play area that I could have done without. A good place to stay and the staff was accommodating enough.

Good park. Mostly level. There was plenty of room while we were there the weekend after July 4th, but good experience overall. The staff was all more than helpful, even loaning tools for me to do some repairs. The pool was always clean and the staff seemed intent on keeping things clean and orderly. I will go back.
