The rating on this is primarily due to the fact that you get to park right on the river, a very nice location. The spots are undefined and we were glad it was not crowded. $40 seems a touch too high for this considering the amenities (or lack of) but it is run by a government entity and we know how they are doing financially.
Lots of gravel, at times I felt I needed 4x4. A nice clean site. We were told the wireless signal was great but we could not get it inside our trailer. We had to sit outside at the end of our spot. I think they need some more antenna's. The price was reasonable but they only took cash or check and we did not know it until they asked for it. Luckily we had the cash or we would have gone to the KOA next door.
