We stayed here for three nights to visit the State parks in the area. The location is convenient for this. The park is very clean and the sites are private and shady. The staff was very friendly and informative. The activity room is large and the pool was nice and screened in. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
Very clean and new park. We camped here to visit Williams and take the train to the Grand Canyon. The sites were asphalt and very level. We did not use the restrooms or shower but we used the laundry which was very clean. The check in is at the convenience store across the street and the staff was very friendly. The cable was good but the Wi-Fi was spotty. We would definitely stay here again.
We camped here two nights while visiting Sedona. The park was very clean and the staff was very friendly and arranged tours for us. They were strict on their rules but that makes it nice for everyone. The park is within walking distance to town. We were in site 56 which was very level. We did not use the restrooms or showers. The cable and Wi-Fi were very good.
We used this Park as a base while we visited San Antonio for three days. We used the City Bus service which we picked up right across from the park because we were not towing. The buses took us right to Riverwalk. The park was very clean and the staff friendly. We were on pull through site 43. The Cable was good but the Wi-Fi was fair. We did hot use the restrooms or showers. We would stay here again.
We used this as a stopover on our way west because it is close to I-10. The Park was very clean and they gave us a pull through site close to the front. The office people were very friendly and they escorted us to our site. We were required to use pads under our jacks. The cable and Wi-Fi were good. We did not use the restrooms or showers. We would stay here again. The rate was Good Sam.
Clean and nice park. The park is a few miles from I-10, but good for a overnight stop on our way out west. There are a number of permanent residents but plenty of open sites. There are many sites with trees and shade. There is also a small Lake on the property. The staff and residents were very helpful and friendly. The rate was Passport America.
Nice spot for an overnight stay when traveling on I-75. Close to the Interstate, but not a lot of road noise. We stayed in site 8 in the front which was a pull through. The free Wi-Fi worked great and the site had trees for shade. We were led to our site and the help was very friendly. The cable TV was good. The rate was Good sam. We would stay here again.
This is a true resort. We were here during their off season. There were only about 10 people in the whole park during the week. If you need a place to relax this is the place. They have two swimming pools and a very large recreation area with Horseshoes and Shuffleboard courts. Cleanliness is the name of the game here. We stayed on site 333 which is close to the River and docks. We will definitely return to this park.
Ft Wilderness is my favorite RV park. I think they should have free Wi fi for the premium rates though. We were at Lot 633 a premium site which is close to the marina and not necessary to rent a golf cart this time. This is also the pet friendly loop.
Great place to relax due to off season time. Park is on a quiet Island with not much development. Wi-Fi was $4.95 a day and very spotty. We had a car and did some exploring of Ft Myers and Naples. Sites and restrooms were very clean. Cable TV was very good. Our site was on one of the small lakes and had a nice breeze. Garbage was picked up every day. There were a lot of permanent RV's on site but all were very clean and neat. The only reason for the lower rating was the noseeums, they were very bad all day long. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. We would stay there again but not at this time of the year due to the noseeums.
Great Campground, we had a premium site and it was very clean and had plenty of shade. We rented a Golf Cart to help get around the Park because it is very big. The rental fee for the Cart was $65 a day. Bus service is available but there are some long wait times. The rest rooms and shower were very clean.Cable TV was very good and we did not use Wi-Fi. We are going to camp here again in the Fall.
