This is the second time I have camped here. It is a very clean and friendly park. The only drawback is that there isn't any cable TV for rainy days. But, we are camping so I can live with that. The seasonal people are very friendly. There is a great playground for the kids. Also 2 dog parks. Several, easy drive, miles from the crowded shore area. A real gem in southern Delaware.
Everything recently said about this campground on this forum is true. My wife and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. Extremely friendly and helpful owners who returned to visit our campsite shortly after we settled in to make sure everything was OK. Our only concern (not complaint) was that there is only one main bathroom with 2 showers. They were cleaned daily; however since they are used by many campers, they really need to be monitored more than twice a day to ensure nice presentation when next camper comes in to use them. Many planned activities. Very quiet at night. We plan to visit them again.
Park is large and well laid out. Sites are about 35 feet wide. Some are larger. Seasonal trailers are very well kept. The rest rooms are cleaned several times a day. The park is very quite at night. There is only a small office, that does not sell supplies. Wi-Fi is available close to the office. While lacking a pool, the park is located about 10 blocks from the beach. We will certainly come back again.
Very clean and quite park. Owners very friendly. Site was hard backing into with two trees on the corners. That was the only a minor problem. Campers very friendly. Great trout stream on the property. Will hopefully go back this year.
