Not bad park, but rough on the edges! Do have a restaurant across the highway and not too bad. However, they advertise "gas" (which was important for us ATV'ers), but all four pumps were out of order. The problem - the lady in the office was not the least bit concerned, and indicated they had not been working for awhile?! Acted as though she could care less. We will be staying at another park just up the highway next season when all 6 motorhomes in our group return to Marysvale.
Nice spot to stop. Sites are nice and level, and well groomed. Truck stop just below the park with good restaurant and good fueling . Friendly staff, and clean sites. If had a few days to rest, would have stayed and relaxed!
This park now has new managers. Not like the old ones who were in the process of leaving. All trees have been trimmed (since someone had a comment). Also have new maintenance person, who along with the new managers is on top of all situations. As far as pickleball -- just tell the office when you call not to put you by there. However, all the residents are too old to play pickleball later than 8PM. the person making the comment just wanted to complain. Trash?? 95 % of trash goes in an "on site" flip top container that is picked up once per week. There are a few other large "bins" but rarely do these even contain any "wet" garbage, mostly heavy trash. Another example of someone wanting to complain! Great RESORT type park that is watched over daily by a very attentive maintenance crew!
8-30-2013. Park is now open with new owners/manager. They live in the community and are looking to rebuild this park. Close to restaurants and local market. Can ride ATV's in town (on marked streets) and to miles of ATV trails (including the Piute!!) Large pull-throughs and sites have shade trees. Less than 2 miles off I-15, 140 miles south of Salt Lake City. Don't pass this park for another! Well worth the $30.
