Although just below Interstate 35, it was very peaceful. Right on the river. The managers were very nice and friendly.

Mostly full-time people living there. Sites are long. Office is rarely open. Stray cats will welcome you. Bathrooms and showers were pretty clean. Right along Interstate. Grass overgrown in some areas.

Staff very nice. Only four channels of cable. Internet does not work at all sites, only close to main building. The bugs are horrible.
