We stayed here through Coast to Coast. Sites are large, some need work, some are great. Ours had lots of room, with pond in rear and space on each side. This is an older park but the restrooms are well kept and quite clean. I would stay here again as the amenities are nice and the area is very interesting. Nice pool, one tennis court in good shape, hot tub not working.
We were only there for one night but everything looked good. Sites well groomed, level, nice pad and very well maintained. Easy on off highway, staff made it easy for us in the site they assigned so we could move in and out easily. Would stay here again.
This park could be great but it seems the management is not paying attention to upkeep and maintenance. Restrooms and showers need upgrade but adequate. Very nice pool but in need of routine cleaning. Deck had trash around, lounges were dirty, pool needed cleaning and some repair, same with the hot tub. Decent cable, WiFi was for fee but I had no trouble getting signal with my hot spot. Great marina for boaters. This is an older park that is in need of attention but I found it adequate for my needs. The only real down side was the location. I would stay here again. BTW if it rains have boots available, drainage is not great.
Very friendly staff, sites were level, grass, pad for picnic table. Restrooms and showers need upgrade. Can't say they were dirty, just need attention. Location was great. Tiki bar was good and prices were reasonable. Great place if you are fishing. Now the bad news. Offensive odor most of the time, lots of road noise, no TV reception, no pool. I thought the $70/night was a bit high for what they offer. I would stay here again but think there are other places nicer for same or less money.
Stayed as R.O.D. members. Generally nice. Roads gravel but well maintained, site gravel and level but just big enough. We had no sewer but no problem as they had a dump station. Restrooms and showers were barely adequate for the number of guests. Found them to be reasonably clean but not spotless. Wi-Fi for fee, did not use. Seemed to be a great family campground, lots of families with kids, still quiet in the evening. Close to the Battlefield. Pool was not heated so did not use but was very nice. We will definitely stay here again. 7 rating was due to bathroom condition and availability.
Old park, but the owner tries to keep it clean. Fixtures in bath and showers need updating, but again, looked maintained. Water pressure was spotty but OK. Good spot for a one night stand. Would return.
If you are into OHV's this is the place for you. If not find another park. Basically a gravel parking lot with 4 wheelers everywhere. The one plus is that it was right across from the road into Canyonland NP. In my opinion it was way overpriced for what it offered. Would avoid if I had other choices.
Sites are very tight. Located 15 miles from Capitol Reef NP. Laundry not available when we arrived as the owner was using it. For the price, it worked for us as we spent all of our time in the national park. Owners need to clean up the junk around and give it a bit of sprucing up. Would stay again if in the area.
Beautiful park. The sites were well set up with areas for your tent or whatever and an area for table, fire pit etc. Loved the shuttle, and hiking was terrific. I hope to be able to return again. We had a great time. Would have given a 10 if showers were available.
We found this park to be lacking for the price. Pull through sites are on one end in a gravel area where all other sites have cement pads. Back in sites were very tight. Trash was overflowing in the dumpster. The pool was cold so the children were using the hot tub as a kiddie pool. The three washing machines were out of order. There was out of date or incorrect information on the park information sheet. I would chose a different park for our next visit.
Outstanding in every way. One of the best parks we have ever been in. Would stay again. The price reflects an internet special, and for the price it was a great find. The only thing it lacked was cable, but the over the air TV was very good.
The office ladies were very nice and helped me out of a jamb when I had a problem. Other than that this park is very over rated. I know we are here early in the season but the park was not well maintained. Sites not level and very close together. It seems they depend on overflow from the National Park and take advantage of folks with no other place to stay. I guess I can't blame them but this is about $20 a night too expensive for what they have. The sorry thing is that it could be a very nice park with some TLC. I would not stay here again.
Very nice CG. Easy on/off the interstate, close to Casino if you enjoy that. Also many hiking trails in area and national monuments. Close to Sedona and Flagstaff. The staff were very helpful, sites had cement pads, Very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
We liked this park. The office staff as well as others were very friendly and accommodating. Sites were large, level and well kept. Rest rooms and showers were immaculate. Cable was not great and there were no other amenities but the park was very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
Older park but well cared for. Very active park with many activities. Two pools, one indoor with hot tub, one outdoor. People were very friendly, site was level and roomy. I would definitely stay again.
This is a park for a one night stop over only. No rest rooms or showers. The owner was very nice. The site I had was level and had easy access. Worked perfect for a rest stop. I will use it again for the purpose of a nights rest, but no more. If you are going to stay longer: use the State Park across the street.
We were during off season so was very quiet. The rate cited is for Coast to Coast members. Sites are tight for larger rigs. Huge boulders marking sites and some large trees make it difficult to back in and make swing on way out. We found the bathrooms to be reasonably clean but not spotless. Showers need some attention but were very usable, good hot water and water pressure. It seems that at the end of the season all places neglect showers a bit. There are many seasonals but the place appears to be well kept. We would stay here again.
Rest rooms and showers were spotless, great hot water. Wi-Fi very fast. Pool was clean but we did not use it. This park has had some bad reviews in the past but I find it to be a great place to stay. Few amenities but we do not need to be entertained. Our rate was for C to C thus the $10. We have yet to see the management. As we just pulled in and chose our site. I would definitely stay here again.
We used this park for a quick stop but found it to be nice. Restroom and shower were clean owners were very nice. Had a pull through ready for us so we had a very easy in and out. As with most parks there were many seasonal people but we found ti overall nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Found the park to be well maintained but the laundry had but one machine so took time to do laundry. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have a sewer pump that can come to your site and empty your tanks. Makes it easier than using the dump station which is a bit tight for a large rig. Wi-Fi was poor and cell service for us was non existent. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.
We stayed here as Coast to Coast members, hence the rate. We were here early in the season so the rec. hall and other amenities were not available. However we found the place to be well kept, quiet, and very pleasant. Only complaint was that the water has heavy with iron and was quite rusty. I am told this clears as the season progresses. We are newbees, so have seen only a few places, but were happy with our stay. I plan on returning to drive Skyline in October.
Interior roads were very poor. Rest rooms and showers were very poor and not clean, but the water was hot. We stayed here as a Coast to Coast member, so the price was right, but if it were free I would not stay again.
