This resort is mostly park models for snowbirds and some permanent residents. Parking for short-term is on a gravel site with rigs fairly close together. We found the location to be very convenient. The resort was quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a conference at El Conquistador. It was very convenient to the hotel and everything imaginable in the way of shopping along Oracle Road. The park is very quiet, and spaces are very far apart, so there is a lot of privacy.
Nice stopover on I-40. Sites are arranged so that adjacent rigs are facing opposite. Good for two rigs traveling together. Trains were not bothersome. Our GPS told us the park was on the north side of the street, but actually it is on the south side. The park offers barbecue dinners and an ice cream social for $. We would definitely stay here again.
