Don't know if they allow daily rental. We stayed for a month - about 450. The park is meant for longer term rentals. The people that live there are terrific and willing to help you see the area. Weather is great and the area is beautiful as long as you like brown.
Don't know about the daily rate. We stayed for a month. Small tight park. Don't think you could get a rig in there that's much more than 36 ft. What the park lacks in room they make up for in friendliness. Two ponds to fish in and it's close enough to the beach to walk along it. Don't know about 50 amp service - we had to use a pig tail for our electric. The people just bought it in Dec. 2010 and are working on improvements.
Great park! There's road construction outside the park's front door, but it wasn't a problem getting in or out of the place. People were friendly and helpful. The owner said that they are going to put in a parts store in the near future. Herby K's is the place to sample Louisiana cuisine. We stayed 2 days. Will consider longer next time through.
This is a smaller park but had are the facilities we use. Had no problems with any of the amenities. We only had a problem with our cell service. So far this is the only place we've had very limited service with Verizon.
This is an OK campground. If you're a women don't talk to staff or have a man call and ask your questions. My wife called and got different answers than I did. Our cable wasn't working at our site and she called about it. He said to try programing our TV and that the previous occupant had no problem. I hooked our cable up to the site next to ours and everything worked just fine. The facilities are fine. No other problems.
