Nice RV campground with dirt main and site roads with wide grass and dirt sites. Most sites occupied with landscaped seasonal RVs. The travelers open section has large level sites with table, fire rings and sewer at each site and few trees for good satellite signal. The wooded area sites are all back-in. All sites are 30 amp. The park has weak but usable unprotected Wi-Fi signal, weak Verizon voice signal, OK 3G signal, very limited TV antenna signal but good free cable. Fishing and swimming lake, video and rec center and good small store. Only open in summer with activities on holidays and weekends. Problems; roads full of potholes, go slow. The electric pedestals do not have breakers at the plug. 10-12 sites on one breaker panel up to 6 sites away if you can find it. Wire to pedestal undersized and causes low voltage, less than 105 when AC on. Low voltage causes amps to go up causing breaker to trip. Had to live 5 days on only 20 amp actual draw. Only one 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for entire park and costs $2 each. Staff nice and helpful. Rate cited is the Passport America rate.

Nice RV park with gravel main roads with gravel site roads with wide grass sites. The large open section has large sites with no trees, no table and no fire rings, 30 & 50 amp and good satellite signal. Unlevel sites, had to use 3 inches under tires to get level. The wooded area sites are smaller and all back in with 30 & 50 amp. The park is well maintained with usable password protected wi-fi signal, no Verizon or ATT cell signals very limited tv antenna signals, no cable. Good water pressure. No sewer at any sites only a dump station. Outdoor above ground pool, no rec center or small store. Only open in summer. Activities on holidays. Staff nice. Would stay there again. Cost listed is PA.

Private membership RV resort. Gravel main and site roads lined with trees. The lower section has back-in sites by the river with water and electric only. Upper section has pull thru sites between lots of trees. Each site wide with trees and only dirt, but each has table, fire rings, full hookups but only 30 amp. Good 4G Verizon but no tv antenna signals and no wi-fi signal at the sites. Wi fi signal only in the rec area in the office. Park wired for cable TV but not working summer 2014. Only a half dozen sites where you can get satellite and only with a portable dish and sites usually occupied. Friendly staff and nice pool. Rental cabins and weekend ice cream socials. Like camping in the woods with hookups and neighbors. Direct access to large river. Would stay there again but not during peak season. Had low voltage problems on hot summer afternoons. There is another RV park called Schroon River RV Village on West Schroon River road, this one is on East Schroon River road. Rate for ROD, accepts C2C, AOR and RPI.

Very nice private membership RV resort. Paved main roads with gravel site roads with wide level gravel sites. Sections with lots of trees and other sections with very few trees. The open section has large gravel sites with large grass areas, table and fire rings, but only 30 amp. The wooded area has some 50 amp. The park is well maintained, good 4G Verizon and TV antenna signals but no Wi-Fi signal at the sites. The electric and water pedestals are located at the back corner of alternating sites so half the sites have the pedestals on the wrong side and a long way away, had to use both electric cords and three water hoses to reach. But each site has own sewer connections. Separate adult and family rec areas, each with own swimming pool and snack bar. Adult area also has a bar and cafe. Very nice store. Rental cabins and weekend breakfasts and ice cream socials. Fishing lake with boats and canoes to use. Would stay there again. Rate cited is for ROD, accepts C2C, AOR,and RPI

Nice large park out in the woods 20 miles to small town. Most sites are back in but very long and level. All sites have grass areas and table and most have large shade trees. Only 1-2 bars Verizon signal and no campground WiFi. Only a few open sites good for satellite. Office staff friendly and helpful. Mostly seasonally and ownership trailers in wooded areas. Several of the roads have large overhanging trees and hit rig. Would not stay there again as it is too far out of the way and nothing to do when you get there. Rate is for PA.

30 miles east of Kansas City, MO. Very nice large older park out in the woods with several lakes and only 8 miles to a small town. Don’t use GPS for directions. Take Hwy F from north or south and look for sign and turn east on Cline Rd for 1 mile of paved road to park. Interior roads are dirt with gravel sites. Several sites back up to lake; others terraced up the side of hills overlooking the lakes and many sites on top of the hills deep in the woods. Fishing and boat rental. Giant 4X Olympic sized pool open during the season and a restaurant open on weekends during season. Large open air pavilion. Rec room with pool table and video games and clean Laundry. The pull thru we were in was barely long enough and narrow but other sites bigger. Each site has a grass area, table and fire ring. Sites up in woods are larger with shade but no grass. Only 2 bar Verizon signal and very weak campground wi-fi. Many open sites good for satellite, sites in woods not so much. No cable but TV antenna signal OK. Office staff friendly and helpful. Restrooms little more than outhouse with water and flush toilets. Would stay there again. Rate is RPI; also accepts Passport.

5 miles south of Liberal. All gravel and dirt roads and pads. Flat with a few trees. No clubhouse, pool or playground. The pull thru sites are long and wide all are FHU. 2 bar Verizon cell signal and 4G mobile hot spot, good satellite signal and TV antenna signal, free cable, and free password protected Wi-Fi. Office staff friendly and helpful. It;s across the street from RR with noisy trains every 3 – 4 hrs. Park old, dirty, and mostly monthly RVs and many mobile homes with cars up on blocks and dogs running loose. We scheduled 4 nites but left after 2 and only stayed that long due to bad weather. We will not stay there again. The only reason I gave it 2 is due to good utilities and free cable and WiFi. Cost listed is with PA.

Small park with small narrow back in sites. All sites level asphalt, but narrow with narrow grass yards with table. Most sites not enough room for awning if rig in next site. Some sites wider, but have issues with trees and satellite TV signal. Asphalt roads in good condition. Only a few large trees at a few sites. Indoor enclosed heated(?) pool and spa and exercise room with machines. Free Wi-Fi if close to clubhouse. Very good Verizon cell and 4G signal. Direct TV satellite signal good in sites on north/east side of park, as trees block signal to sites on the south and west sides. No kid’s areas and no activities such as breakfasts, etc. Staff OK, not great. Grass mowed, but trees need trimming. Any rig over 34 ft too long for most sites and must overhang into site behind. OK during off season, not good when busy. Must park your towed or tow vehicle on the street outside the park. Not allowed to wash your rig. A large park with a section for big rigs with long pull through and back in sites, a separate “Family” section and another section with smaller back in sites in the woods. Only two 50 amps sites, all others 30 amp. Gravel roads and level sites with lots of grass between and around the sites. Some sites for big rigs have trees on both sides so be careful pulling or backing in. Indoor heated pool and spa. Good Wi-Fi and 50 channel cable TV. A very nice and inexpensive ($10) 9 hole golf course. Pet and family friendly. Staff helpful and friendly. Park and landscaping well maintained. Large club house with activities every night during the peak season. Allowed to wash your rig for $5. Located in a mountain valley, between Mt St Helens and Mt Rainer Nat’l parks. Would stay here again. Private membership park, K & M Resorts, but the cost listed is for ROD. They also accept RPI, C to C, AOR, and Passport.

Small park, only 21 sites, mostly monthly renters. In a very small town 20 miles east of Portland. No cable TV, but satellite signal is good. Wi-Fi signal was strong and free. No pool or spa or store. Some trees. Clean laundry and restroom. Gravel pads, grass and table at every site, quiet. Well maintained with very friendly and helpful on site managers. We stayed 5 nights to tour the Columbia Gorge, Mt Hood and Portland. $17 for pull through with full hook ups with Passport America. We would stay here again. Don’t use the GPS directions, follow the directions on the web site page. The GPS will send you on a very narrow, windy and steep road. Take exit 18 off hwy 84, not exit 22. Turn into the parking lot west of the fire station, then enter the park to avoid a very sharp turn. Only discount available is Passport America.

Most sites have only 30 amp service and some sites has utilities on the wrong side. Very few sites cable TV and very few sites with satellite signal and very few sites with sewer. Couldn't find a Wi-Fi signal and cell phone signal weak. Very overgrown with trees and bushes many sites in shade all day. Park very spread out and have to drive to restrooms and the pool. Some outlaying restrooms were closed and the one in the main lodge were dirty. Roads in bad shape with potholes. Pool ok, but not heated and spa not operating. Feels like you camping in the forest campground, not a RV resort. Staff friendly. Several TT members we met there also left early for the same reasons. Cost $10 with RPI discount. Would not stay there again. Had reservations for 7 days, left after 3 days.

Asphalt roads and pads. Long narrow pull through sites: OK to get into but no space after slides are out. Some trees and a small grass area. Recreation room, non heated pool, no hot tub. Located ½ mile from The freeway, but up on a hill so very little freeway noise. Close to Lake Shasta and Mt Lassen Nat'l park. Friendly and helpful staff. $35. Passport discount only good for the first night, also accepts Good Sam. We would stay again.

Gravel roads and sites. High rating for location and setting. Big trees, no cable TV and only 2 sites get satellite signal. ONLY 8 SITES FOR BIG RIGS. All sites back up to a stream. Small store with basics and 15 miles to large grocery store or a town. Best and closest RV park to Crater Lake Nat'l park. Not a resort: no pool or recreation room, etc., but beautiful setting and good for a short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again if in the area. No discounts.

One of the best RV resorts we have stayed at. All paved roads, concrete pads, artificial grass. Some small trees. Big recreation room, pool, hot tub and small store. Most sites are long pull through with room to park car. One mile off Freeway, so no noise. One mile to large shopping center and 1/4 mile from man made lake/marina. About five miles from downtown Reno. Several nice pet walk areas. Weekly rate $29. Accepts Good Sam.

Parking lot behind small casino, all asphalt with hook ups. Most sites level, all pull throughs, no trees. Only seventeen sites and no reservations, so arrive early - filled up by late afternoon in middle of April. Not very good, but reasonable place to stop for a night between Las Vegas and Reno and low price. Small casino, old but nice. Would stay again only if traveling between Las Vegas and Reno. No membership or discounts. Costs $18
