Essentially a very dirty dirt parking lot with hookups. Restrooms looked as though they had not been cleaned in weeks. Only one shower/stall per restroom. Did not look in the laundry area. Lots of long term campers and the stuff that goes with them. Appears very little is being done to repair anything that needs repairing.
Web site says large redone sites. Ya right, only if you do not have anyone parked next to you. Access and egress is very tight and crowded especially when full. Park is essentially a dirt parking lot with hookups. If you have slides there is barely enough room to get between the rigs to hook and unhook and then one at a time. Restrooms/showers lacked privacy for the the showers if more than one person was showering, though they were nice and clean. Only thing going for the place is it is convenient for the attractions and the host was accommodating though not overly-friendly. It is a typical tourist area facility. If they could figure out a way to charge for the air we breath they would and it's over priced for what you get.
Says big rig friendly: not so. Only 3-4 sites will take a big rig and then you have to be careful of the trees. Parks says trees are important to them, I guess so much so they will not trim them. Maneuvering room is limited. Would be a nice campground if they would clean it up and trim the trees. Only good for a quick night.
