Klamath has a variety of parks to choose from and this is the best of the best. We were referred here by one of the other local parks because we are traveling with kids and we are so happy we took their recommendation. We loved it here. Plenty for our kids to see and do. They have a Recreation Hall and it was well equipped. We took the Kayak tour, offered at the park ($45 per person), with our kids and had a blast. Everyone at the camp was friendly and knowledgeable. The pizza (made fresh on-site) is worth buying but the "salesman" is a bit pushy. A few boats were in the park, but then again this RV Park is on the Klamath River (One of the best rivers for Salmon fishing in the country) and in my experience fishing is a great way to pass time while RV'ing. Overall the park is great and my kids had a time they won't soon forget. We would stay here again.
We stayed here for two nights on our way to Northern California. This park was big. It had well kept grounds and clean restrooms and showers. The store in the office was well stocked with food and supplies (we needed a washer for our hose). The spaces were a little odd on their layout and it wasn't as easy to get out as it was to get in. We have a 30' MH with a tow and though I am used to bigger rigs it was a pain to get around when we pulled out. We did have a nice time at the park and our kids enjoyed the pool, and my wife and I enjoyed a nice stroll around the park.
We stayed here and enjoyed it. It's a quiet little park with very nice people. I'll get the downs out of the way. The whole park is gravel, asphalt and cement. I know it's a desert but a little grass would be nice. There isn't much in the way of amenities either. The ups are, wonderful people. The manager and his family were really nice and will go out of their way to answer any questions. They do have some long term people in the park who also work camp and they are friendly. There was also a few kids there that my kids played with and had fun. We would definitely return with our kids.
