Gravel pads, picnic table provided, good satellite access, HD network stations via motorhome antenna. Terrible, useless Wi-Fi. I was extremely disappointed in the Wi-Fi, as several reviewers said it was so good. It must have something to do with how close you are to the office? We were not close to office in B6. It rained while we were there and it got muddy where our coach steps are. To be expected in parks like this. Close to West Glacier, so good for proximity to the park. I might stay here again but I would have a good chat with the park manager about their Wi-Fi.
We stayed here three nights in a beautiful space, probably my favorite park ever. It snowed the morning of our second day, which was WONDERFUL, it was so beautiful. However, with the snow we lost the internet, which was a disadvantage and an annoyance. The park folks said it was because of the snow, but the snow melted by the next morning, but still no internet. This problem needs to be fixed for future times when it snows there! Other than that, the location is primo for all things Sedona, the setting is gorgeous. The creek is nice but surrounded by barbed wire with red warning signs, which is most unwelcoming. We would return for sure, but probably not to the most expensive space we had as we probably wouldn't want to pay that much again. The less expensive spaces across from us are almost as nice.
This park is well designed and beautifully landscaped. It has to be the best park we have ever been in. We had a luxury space (691) facing the lawn in front of the gym and clubhouse. We feel we had the ideal space, as family members rented the Santa Rosa condo just steps away, one gate removed from the activity area. Absolutely IDEAL! We had our 2 yr old granddaughter with us, and even though the park is considered an adult park, she was tolerated. We kept her quiet and occupied. She loved it and we loved that she could ride her trike and swim in the pool and generally play on her schedule. The condo was huge, well equipped, in a word - perfect. We will come back often as we all felt this was the perfect location to gather. The only downside seemed to be the trains - sometimes going on forever.
The park is nicely set up but we had a few issues, tight turns on inner roads, including accessing our space. Space was narrow and gave us a problem opening our slide and electrical bay door on one side and tree branches obstructed us in opening our awning. Since we would be facing west on a warm day, this was not acceptable. We had to back up a little too much, almost into the road by an inch, to open our awning. Another issue, first campground we've been to that charged high prices and additional fees for third adult and fee for tiny little dog. If I had realized this I might have made a different decision. The Wi-Fi is very slow and we are even right next to the office. This is not acceptable for a park that charges so much. Otherwise, this is a nice looking park. Didn't need the golf but if I had brought clubs it would have been fun, maybe.
Park was clean and easy to maneuver into pull through site, which was all concrete. Wi-fFi was great, hookups easy and good. I marked it down because of all the concrete, if we were staying more than a day, I would want a somewhat welcoming spot next to my coach to put out my chairs and table. Spaces are narrow too, so not a whole lot of room for outdoor lounging. My club comes here so it can't be too bad! Staff very nice. Heard RR but didn't really bother us. Very nice grass area for pets and children. Right across street from Target and other stores, convenient!
