Incredible! That's the only thing that come to mind. This adult only camping is perfect if you want a quiet place to relax. It's close to Portland, Old Orchard and even Freeport for some shopping (only 30 minutes). The owners are helpful and respectful. We asked for a pull thru but they where all reserved. Instead, we had a classic site but the owner assured us it was easy to access (and it was). Overall, we will come back next year (and for a longer stay).
We stayed at the Minutemen 5 days because it was the closest to Boston (only 35 minutes to Alewife Station). The site we had was a great pull through. The problem was getting to the site. The campground has narrow road which can be difficult to drive. Some campers did not respect the quiet hours (your not suppose to talk loudly at 11PM). There was also noisy dogs. One of the good things was the main building which offered a LOT of services. We had problem with the Wi Fi and the owner fixed it really fast. Overall, we had a good experience.
We stayed 5 days. Reservation was easy and fast. The co-owner was really friendly at arrival and during our stay. The site we were given was a pull-through with access to a patio (a special for us since we stayed for a long period). The camping itself is very clean and quiet. The only problem is getting out. The entrance is right in front of a busy route. Beside that, was an incredible stay!
